10 stars if possible. Called, left a voicemail with my info, got a call back the next day for an appointment. Got me in less than a week later and was awesome. The Dr goes above and beyond what most others do and he even offers the glasses in house for $49 which is a steal! They didn't accept my insurance but even if they did I would be paying way more anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We have been going to Frazier Vision for years and always receive the same great service. Today we had an appointment to pick out glasses for my son, and we were in and out In under 20mins! He picked out frames, we got to go wait in the car while they put the prescription lenses in the frames (5-10mins) and they nicely brought out the frames with lenses! Highly recommend!

Great experience and the entire staff was highly professional, knowledgeable and nice people. I’ll be coming back for sure. Personally, I loved the virtual exam and can’t see me wanting anything different. Keep up the great work!!!

Great experience at the Miller Rd. Flint location. The doctor was very kind & answered my questions thoroughly. When I picked out frames Sally (I hope I have her name right ) was very helpful & professional also and helped me find an affordable pair. I'll be back. .

The Dr. is great, the staff is great. What's not great is not being transparent about the actual return time on glasses. I was told 3 weeks and I'm going on week 7. 🙃 so yes, I'm not happy about it as I was hoping to have clear vision weeks ago.... this also isn't the first review stating this. Please quote your clients a longer wait time instead of getting hopes up. 🙂

Worst customer service I have ever delt with in my life. Michelle (lady they sent my call to) was rude and not there to help in anyway. Was billed after I paid in full what I owed at time of appointment. When I called to inquire about the situation the lady was extremely rude and threatened to send me to collections when I was trying to understand why no one informed be about this charge when I called and asked how much exam would be without insurance and again when I went in for appointment I told them I didn’t have insurance. I received my exam and paid for exam and now I am receiving a bill for more than the original amount I was charged. Why would no one there tell me there would be additional charges when I asked two different times how much their services would be because I don’t have insurance and wanted to be sure I could afford it at the time. Michelle that handled my call needs training in customer service cause I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company let alone when they failed to communicate the full cost of their service. Instead they just bill you outrageously and threatened to send you to collections when you inquire. I feel totally taken advantage of, apparently they are in the business of overcharging people without their knowledge

Dr Espy and her staff are awesome! Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Dr Espy was able to diagnose the cause of my problem and provide a treatment needed.
