Dr. Firmin is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and efficient and thorough. She is very down-to-earth. She puts you at ease during your visit. I am comfortable and very confident to having her as my doctor.

Dr. Ogalla was disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't answer when I asked what the issue was. I spoke with the manager and he still had nothing to say in response. Manager said I did nothing wrong and alluded to the doctor being an on-going problem. She reported the incident to her boss and I heard nothing back. I tried calling their patient support department and was unable to leave a message.

Thank you so much Tracy and Reggie at the Mt Vernon Walmart in Colton. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I’ve never had any issues. Very quick, staff are pleasant and helpful, and I love their variety of glasses. I will continue to come back.

I’ve lived in five different states so far, and this place is the best. The front office staff is so kind and helpful. The Doctor makes you feel comfortable and he has a great sense of humor, while still remaining professional. They are all very patient and informative. I didn’t feel pressured at all to leave with frames, although I did. I’ve finally found an optometrist I enjoy going to.

Everyone in this office was really nice and informative. Dr. Tiffany Kwong and staff were very patient with my special needs grown son. I'm so grateful for there care. I can't thank them enough.Dr. Kwong worked really hard to get the proper prescription for my son's eyes as he has comprehension issues.

JUST LEFT AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD!!!! They are nice and caring. The doctor told me all about my lenses didn't have me worried. It was a very good experience and I will be coming back whenever I need anything. Great job guys thanks so much I CAN SEE AGAIN lol
