This place is a fraud .Save yourself . The front ladies have a terrible attitude .They will tell you one price over the phone and charge you way more and the front office staff will sit there and talk about you .This is not a place you want your kids or yourself to go, because the doctors office is so dirty .The chair that they have for the parent to sit on in the doctors office is so dirty and stained .They gave me the glasses which were made Incorrectly and charge me $180 and then they told me they can fix their mistake but they will charge another $169. I will be filing complain about them. I do not recommend anyone to go there .

I have been coming to this eye doctor for 14 year .The front ladies have a terrible attitude and look like they are miserable . They will tell you one price over the phone and when you go for your appointment they will up charge you another $100.00 . They will sit there and talk about you with other workers terrible customer service . I really don't recommend this place. I will definitely be finding a better eye doctors because this is not a place you want your kids or yourself coming to .

This was THE WORST experience ever at any doctors office. The wait time was horrible for my daughter’s appointment! And the staff named Melanie was horrible. She was so rude and didn’t care about any patient there. I saw her talking and on her phone the entire time. She didn’t even greet upon arrival and was giving me dirty looks. Honestly this place needs better management and better training! Will never go here even if it’s the last eye doctor in the world!!! Do better!!!!!

I have been with Dr. Mark Haywood for so many years that I can’t remember how many years ago it was that I became his patient.. I highly recommend him and the staff are tremendous. Dr. Haywood is a caring doctor and when you need him, you can be sure he will always be there.

After several appointments with other eye doctors, I found that some are OK and some are not. My search is over and I am very happy with Haywood Eye care. The office staff is very friendly. Dr. Haywood explained everything and was patient with me and all my questions. I plan to be a long time patient with Dr Haywood.

My experience was the best. The staff is completely the friendliest, Mr. Gary made it his business to help me with the just right glasses. Even though it took me an hour to pick the right glasses Mr Gary not once rush me, complained or have an attitude. Very professional. Thank you so much and I will see you on the go round.

Great service, everyone explained everything at each step so simply. The Dr. is so calm and peaceful. Gary was amazing in explaining the difference between different types of glasses and price efficiency. I just love this place!

I love my new glasses! I needed a new eye doctor and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Kazemzadeh and his amazing staff! I have type two diabetes, so my previous optometrists monitored for retinopathy at my annual appointments. Dr. Kazemzadeh is the FIRST one who said he wanted to monitor it more closely and will check it again in six months. I so appreciate having a Doctor Who is caring enough to monitor me more closely. After a wonderful experience with the doctor, I had the pleasure of working with Gary, who helped me find the perfect frames and lenses for me. He told me that his goal is to give.PLATINUM service to his customers. I certainly received a platinum experience!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes and from the first time I went for my initial appointment to the follow up after surgery,it couldn't have been a better experience. The staff were so nice and informative,and I really liked Dr Parikh so much. He was great,in every aspect. Professional and caring,thorough,and personable. I had my second eye done on a Thursday,and learned he passed away that weekend. It upset me greatly,it really touched me. I hurt for his family so much. I can't explain it,only knowing him for such a brief time,but I thank the Lord I got to meet him and so blessed to have had him as my surgeon,because he was special,you could just tell. With all that going on with my eyes and should have been scared or nervous,I didn't give it a 2nd thought going to surgery on either eye. He had a gift,a really gifted Dr,and I just felt so sad for his wife and two children. I think about that still,and it's been a little over a year since I had it done. Also,without mentioning,my eyes were all good after,no pain,ever,during the surgery or after. We lost a gifted Dr ,but more,a very special man,and I'll always be grateful to have had him in my time of need. Why the Lord takes such a fine man in the prime of life is a mystery that even with my healed eyes I fail to see. They must have needed the very best Dr in Heaven,Bless you Dr Parikh,and Bless his family. I pray that you all have found peace throughout the days since then. Rest in Peace and hopefully one day,I'll see you again,Amen.
