I must say that I love the way I was treated by all the staff who took care of me. Every one made me feel very comfortable, all very friendly and pleasant. The doctor gave a me a strong hand shake both when he came in the waiting room and after wards before he left the room, . I think that’s quite impressive to me, not every doctor will do that sort of thing. I found him to me highly knowledgeable in his field of profession. I will highly recommend this great company to anyone. The young ladies were great!!! Each took their time to attend to my needs with out rushing me. They were awesome. Overall yes, I received excellent customer service and I’m looking forward to visit again when I have my next appointment with them.

Karen was fantastic to work with on my purchase of glasses Very helpful and a great asset. Too Mayo Clinic. Wonderful to have someone like her to make life easier.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses and really made me feel like I was more than just a client. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glasses/eye care.

Making an appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic was easy and my check-in and out process was seamless and made me feel safe. The doctor say me promptly and took the time necessary to explain to me the changes in my prescription. The sales floor associates were tremendously helpful, weren't pushy, and gave me the room to look and come to decisions about whether to purchase on my own.

The entire staff did an excellent job in making my appointment with Dr Reynolds a pleasant experience. They were friendly, professional, and there was no long wait time between procedures. In my opinion, Dr Reynolds is the best! I highly recommend him and the Tampa Eye Clinic.

Dr. Kombo is beyond the best. She is so caring and thorough. I was frightened to have cataract surgery, but she and her team put my fears to rest. And now I can see through walls!!! I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Great visit! Always a pleasant time when I come in to this location for my exams. Everyone was very nice and walked me through every step. Everyone was outstanding but I would like to highlight Noemi! I got contacts for the first time and she took the time (40 min) to literally train me on how to use them. I'm sure this is protocol but her patience during the process was astronomical. Thank you all!!

Overall positive experience. Amanda and Dr. Dixon were great. Amanda helped choose glasses and was able to order a different size and color since it wasn’t available in the office.

Everyone is super friendly, super helpful. 10/10. Definitely recommend

Dr Pokabla and his office made time for what turned out to be an emergency visit. My wife is in great hands, a thorough exam and treatment began immediately. Eye pressure is going down. We feel lucky to be with such a professional group.
