My experience with Dr. A was a good one. However, whoever handles their billing in office is very unprofessional. A women with an Indian accent left an alarming voice message threatening to send a bill to collections, when I had infact never received any prior call or physical bill by mail before her rude voice mesage. My suggestion to this office is to get someone a little more professional to handle all billing inquires from now on.

Just a first-class practice top to bottom! Very professional & caring staff. Doctor Sarah Mackie is the best and really takes the time with you as a patient to address any concerns.

The doctors, front staff and Jackie are always friendly and helpful. The doctors do a thorough job and are very competent. The office is clean, updated and a great place if you are looking for eye care.

Coastal Eye is efficiently run! My visit took two hours, but it didn’t seem that long. They did tests in steps, with very short wait time between each one. Before I knew it, I was done! Staff were all very pleasant! They seemed to enjoy what they did!

Coastal Eye is wonderful. Dr. Davis is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He has been able to take care of eye problems of mine that most others would not be able to do. Everyone there is also very caring. This place has been wonderful for several years now.

The visit was very organized and professional. Dr. Ames is very clear and targeted with the needed information for the pt. All the staff worked efficiently while communicating with the pt. As always you leave with the information needed for your eye health. Great job!

To everyone at Eye Associates, thank you all for helping me with my fears on getting cataract surgery. Dr. McCabe, you're the best and I thank you so much. The team at the surgery center, you are all wonderful and I'm so appreciative of the great care I received from all of you. If and when I have to return for my other eye, I will certainly come back to Eye Associates.

Everyone was so warm, kind and professional at the front desk. Chelsea was super friendly and let me know what everything was during the initial procedure. Dr. Davis was very helpful and kind. He explained my whole situation in a way that was easy to understand. The nurse that assisted him did the same thing. I highly recommend!

My last appointment was a disaster as i found out why I had bad vision; they gave me the wrong prescription the year before, but blamed the store that made my glasses. The new prescription is four times different than the other and thank God it didn’t do permanent damage. On the way out of the office you never leave without your copay and refraction, I paid my $70 dollars and left to go have my new glasses made. Two weeks later I get a bill for $70 dollars and I called the office to discuss what had transpired and they said prove it or pay it . Again I get an additional bill and speak to the main office and again pay it or prove it… I see so many elderly people in that 59th st office image how many of us are getting scammed every day!!!

Great service, my daughter is so happy with her glasses.
