I have been coming here for years. I love Dr. Mindy, and her daughter Dr. Elizabeth is amazing! They take such good care of me and will always help me with anything I need! Highly recommend!

Very professional and still human. I am thoroughly happy with this place. I put off my eye care THREE YEARS between visits and not one word was spoken of my procrastination. I have a health care background which allows me to specify that they are very thorough. Also, if I may be candid, the staff are not too hard on the eyes (haha), if you know what I mean, gentlemen...

My 1st encounter with Dr Harooni was excellent. He had a great bedside manner and answered all my questions and concerns without me feeling rushed. I wish I would have found him sooner and he would have performed my cataract surgery.

Miller's Ale House, I didn't notice any additional air purifier , no sanitizer on the table. Kitchen help and servers were wearing masks but food handlers not wearing any gloves. I didn't like the way they were handling plates with their hands. We won't be back didn't feel safe.

I came to this location needing care for an eye problem. The receptionist understood my concern and scheduled me immediately. When I saw the physician, he was knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. And to ensure I was improving, he recommended follow-up. The team at this location is eager to help and cares about you as a patient, not a number. They are fantastic with follow-up. Alex even called me two days in a row to ask me a series of questions about my eye and how the medicine was working. I highly recommend America's Best in NN for their dedication, efficiency, professionalism, and care.

The store faces the road, not the parking lot. On the other side of the building from loft and Buffalo wild wings. Call for hours as I am only there 4 days now.

Visiting from Canada, I was scared when eye problems occurred in Georgia, where I know no doctors. From the Internet's reviews, I chose Mark Hester. I cannot praise him and his entire staff enough. They de-stressed me with their kindness and humor. Dr. Hester explained in detail my problems, what could occur next, answered my questions pointing to specifics on an eye diagram and took all the time I needed. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend him. Joyce George-Knight (using my son's computer)

This is the worse customer service I've received from a local service. We needed to schedule another appointment after the wrong forms were signed & rather then help, they continually hung up. Definitely won't be back or refer the numerous fighters I mange to use these guys. Who performs a service and then refuses to allow us to follow up so we can confirm the service was done? Go somewhere else.

Doesn't matter the location you're at, it seems like you have to take vacation time if you work during the week... and I've never been a patient! Dropped off my mom before 2pm for her 2pm appointment and it's 5:57pm as I'm typing this (in the front lobby) and she's still stuck in the back lobby (literally just a hallway with chairs on both sides) that was packed when i got back here after 5pm and hasn't been seen. My gf has waited 3 hours at the Harlingen location and I've been stuck at the old Ridge rd location for about 4 hours there for another of my mom's appointments last year. Definitely not a place I'd want to be a patient at. The doctor to patient appointment ratio is way off!

I have been a patient of Tara ransdell for 20 years. I have also seen Dr Jason Ransdell and Dr Meyers. They all are so professional and caring doctors. They all spend time answering my questions and make me feel at ease. All of the office staff is so friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend these doctors and Petelin Vision.
