Today was my first appointment at this location, and I was impressed! From the helpful and friendly receptionist, to the techs, to the assistance with choosing new glasses- it was such an easy process. Dr. Reeves was great as well.Everyone was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Would not recommend for eye care. Go anywhere but here. The physicians are great but the scheduling is beyond ridiculous. They say they'll call you back to schedule then just never call. Absolute garbage.

Had a great experience with Zo, he helped me find new frames and was flexible with all my question and changes. Dr. Wong was thorough and kind. Great experience overall!

My daughter and I both had appointments this week with Dr. Carman. He was so great! Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him! We each had a different optometry assistant and both were top notch! So pleased and grateful.

Dr. Yee provided an exceptional experience—thorough and genuine. Appreciated the lack of upselling, and the separate optometrist-eye wear store setup adds a refreshing honesty to the visit. Highly recommend!

I'm really thankful that my husband got an appointment with MyEyeDr. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, informative, and compassionate. He can barely see without his glasses. Both pairs he had have been broken for awhile. He had been holding them together with duct tape and wire for months. Unfortunately, he was told he couldn't even work until he got glasses. Well, MyEyeDr took care of his exam and we are waiting on his new pair, thank goodness. I just want to put a spotlight on an awesome employee they have working there, Mr. Robert Dunn. We asked him if there was a screw or anything he could lend us to get his old glasses functioning while we were waiting for the new ones to come in. Mr. Dunn went above and beyond by putting a larger screw in one of his broken pairs, and took the other overnight and managed to get the lenses fixated into a temporary set of frames until his new pair comes in. My family is very grateful for his compassion, because rent is coming up and we can't afford for him to miss work due to not being able to see. Mr. Dunn really made a world of difference for us as we are waiting on his new pair, he will be able to return to work. Thank you so very much for the excellent service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Lee did a great job with my grandma’s first ever eye exam. She explained everything to her in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. She was helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

My wife Colleen is very happy with Mr El- Gasim. Been going to him for several years. very good at what he does.
