My appointment was right on time. All tests were explained and everyone was thorough and friendly.

Dr Nguyen and all the staff are most importantly professional, always on time, knowledgable and efficient. Secondly, they are also welcoming, creating a comfortable, genuinely happy environment.

My review is mixed due to today 10/27/23 is the first day that I got 5-star treatment and knowledge (remember this). I've been coming here for 4 years and my wife has come here longer than that. She referred me here because of the great eye examination. My first time here was great with Dr.Alex Tadros he explained everything very well and treated me well. but I'm not here for that my 2nd & 3rd time here was with Dr. Katie Elton she's amazing being that she had seen me twice in two years, I was amazed that she remembered me, and in my personal opinion I had extremely well service, from walking into the facility picking up my glasses (actually every time was great) This last time is what I'm here shout about. So my original exam was on 10/18/23 and I had an appointment this time I ended up getting Dr. Vernon Poole he was fantastic he explained things that I don't recall ever hearing before. I had ended up ordering new glasses Oakley's (again) because I like that they don't bend behind my ears. Now on to today 10/27/23 (the day of picking up my glasses) as I walk in and let the ladies know I'm here to pick up my new glasses. They tell have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. A few minutes go by and I'm called by Ms. Jennifer (Remember her name!!!) She took things to another level she provided me with exceptional experience. Let me explain. So I mentioned before that I wear Oakley glasses now I could've used my old pair and put new lenses in them but today Jennifer explained to me that I didn't and that I had previously ordered new ones. She tells me I have a two-year warranty on this 🤯 if anything is wrong just bring them back in.. So I'm like omg no one has EVER TOLD ME THIS BEFORE 🤔 I wonder why ?? Now my frame and lens are crizal lenses, transition lenses and some more stuff with frams (same as before ) they come to about $1000.00 after insurance I pray about half $500 something each time. So I ask Ms. Jennifer what about these ( my old pair ) and she checks and says yes they are under warranty we'll get you new frams and new lenses 🤯☠️ So I'm like great I can use these as my backup. (If someone would've explained that to me before I would've just used my warranty and got my new script in the old frames which would've new due to warranty and saved myself almost $600.00 😕🤨 OH and get my lens cleaner refilled again no one ever mentioned this to me. 🤨🤨🤔🤔 So this is a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MS . JENNIFER who did her job exceptionally well and explained everything that I needed to know for my next visit I will definitely be using these current frames again. KUDOS 👏🏾 💐 🥳 again. Ms. Jennifer, I owe you lunch.

Dr. Potter was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He really took the time to perform all the necessary tests to determine what treatment I need, and explained everything completely and made sure I understood. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. I highly recommend Dr. Potter.

I walked in to a bright, organized, and clean store. I asked Dan if he would be able to adjust my crooked glasses. He examined the frames, told me about what he could do and the risks. 5 minutes later my glasses were prefect. I appreciate his help and pleasant attitude. I had a great experience in this store.

Very caring and professional service. Office clean and bright, everyone has a smile and you are informed about your procedures and outcome and further care plans. Shout to my Dr, Dr Bolton who is very thorough, great bedside professional qualities easy to talk with , very calm and compassionate. I also have a chance to lean about different eye diseases and their treatment options provided on TV screen while waiting to be seen. Yes I do recommend this place to my family & friends. Having worked in healthcare for almost a decade now, Dr. Achiron is one of the top doctors I have ever met! I went to him with what i thought was a regular eye infection, but he caught a severely worse virus that could have caused me much more harm and infected everyone I knew. He was very thorough and after doing some research I found that he is one of the most knowledgeable people in the field of opthamology having wrote many scientific papers! He also was able to help a few friends with their eye problems and help them plan a route to better the issues even when other doctors told them there was no route to making it better. Highly recommended! I wont be going anywhere else!
