I am typing this review specifically for Casey Lozier. I've been dealing with an eye issue for years and several doctors did not / could not diagnosis it. Casey Lozier, before he even sat down, looked at my eye and immediately told me what the issue was and he was right. I was also very impressed that he is the ONLY medical professional who extended his hand for a handshake. I've been seeing doctors as an adult for over 30 years now and he's literally the only medical professional to do that. That's something I won't forget.

Dr. S was super nice, patient, and thorough in her exam. Made it easy for my nervous 7 year old to be brave. The girls that helped with picking out glasses and then getting them adjusted were so nice about everything and quick. Made the whole process easy.

I had a really great experience; Cindy is very nice and was patient when I kept on asking her for clarifications on different pricing. I liked her service and she was very friendly!

I got a new pair of eyeglasses with progressive lenses, and they are of the superb quality, very thin and pure! Management was very kind and friendly which is rare. My insurance went through without any hitch, and the price was way better …

I had a minor eye emergency a few weeks ago and popped in to Wink since it is near my work. The staff was great and fit me in on short notice. Dr. Wong made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of what he was doing thoroughly. I really appreciate knowing that this great team is here when I need them and I plan to continue to use them for any future eye care needs.

I went there last Thursday and the wait was very long I got there at 11:06 and left around 1:00 they need to be organized when it comes to stuff like this. But other than that the ladies behind the counter were very polite

Superior experience to any other! Dr David Wong, O.D is kind, caring, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and concerns during my eye exam. Thank you kindly to the staff as well. Extremely helpful.

I took my 84 year old mother, she uses a walker, I made sure she was logged in, I had to make a run back to the office and returned to pick her up. When we got outdoors I saw she was shielding her eyes, the examination involved eye drops, so I asked her didn`t they give you a pair of temporary eye shields, they had not. I went back upstairs, kind of annoyed, asked the receptionist at the front desk if I could have a pair. When she handed them to me I asked shouldn`t someone have given these eye shields to my mother before she left, receptionist answered yes. I looked at her and asked , well why didn`t anyone offer them to her? This ignorant sat down, shrugged her shoulders and looked towards her co-workers at the front desk and rolled her eyes, to which I replied "so you just don`t know, thank-you" walking away while shaking my head. A simple sorry, our bad would have been appreciated. Instead I realized that the culture of this practice is an I don`t give a **** attitude. you may have the latest most sophisticated equipment but you need to treat human beings better than just a money grab! Here`s a picture, maybe you can train your people to act appropriately because apparently they were not taught at home!
