Everyone is very nice. They treat you like family. Dr Ford is the best. He is very knowledgeable.

First time here. This office is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Howell gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. They also had so many fancy eye gadgets. I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated! The doctor was so kind and personable. Office staff was so nice and helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been here with my mom since 9 AM. It is 12:53 PM and we still haven’t seen the doctor. This is absurd. It’s so disrespectful of the patients’ time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. There is no reason for a doctor visit to take this long.

Even during all this Covid fiasco, I found the service in this office to be top notch and very efficient, even with trainees from a local business college on board. No waiting on the phone, in house or in being seen by Dr. Lenser. I appreciated that there were no surprises with him during my two cataract surgery pre- and post-appointments. I was given an overview of what would happen, what lens choices I had and the differences they would give as well as any charges (since I chose the "Cadillac" of lenses). I was even told by his office staff that my insurance would no longer cover the surgical suite, though I had previous authorization before the rule went into effect. Surgery was quick and efficient with results of 20/20 after a lifetime of wearing glasses. I am extremely pleased with the way my patient care was handled and with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Brian Lenser to anyone.

This is a very patient unfriendly Clinic. I think the doctors and techs might be good if you're willing to sit for hours in the waiting room every time you need to have your eyes examined and if you can cope with less than 24 hour notice … More

I highly recommend Eyesight Hawaii. The staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dr. Olkowski is very professional and has good "hands." He explains everything and is very efficient with his work. I would also recommend trying thr Nu Lids Dry Eyes device. I've been using Restasis eye drops for years with mixed results. I can attest that Nu Lids is a better and longer lasting solution since I no longer need to carry a tube of Restasis on my 12 hour shift. My eyes seem to be producing more oily tears and I only need to scrubs my eyelashes after I brush my teeth in the morning. Try 'em!

I want to commend Sarai Sandoval, patient counselor in NVision's Cheyenne office for exellent customer service throughout the process of scheduling my cataract surgery. Her detailed explanations and costs of each cataract surgery lens options helped me in selecting the best IOL for me. I appreciate the time she took to answer all my concerns, thank you Ms Sarai!
