Everyone there was Fantastic.....

Had a great customer service experience at the Cunningham Optical Coldwater Rd. location. I had chipped my lenses with Crizal coating and Daniel was able to get me replacement lenses quickly. Daniel made this process painless and also adjusted my frames for optimal fit and comfort. Great value with professional ,top notch, customer service. This is why I keep coming back! Thank You!

My children and I had a appointment all at the same time. The Woman doctor there was so comforting!!!! At first is was like she was talking my head off but she REALLY new her craft to the point I was so eager to learn!! It took a while but I felt like I knew what to expect, what I should know, and to treat my eyes like I never knew before. When we leave an appointment with a new doctor my children and I always talk about the experience. My son said the same about her talking but she made him feel really comfortable. Kind of like a sec mom that could help him with his eyes!! My daughter relaxed with her shades on with no complaints!! Which is not normal!! She felt confident that the doctor knew what was best for her vision!! All and all we are definitely going back. If anyone can help my children and put it so they WILL LISTEN?!?! Gets five stars for me!!

My wife was looking for an eye doctor closer to home and I recommended Dr. Sucheski. I came here to get the contact info and thought I should give a review while I was here. I've been going to him for years now. He is amazing! I have a wonky eyelash that grows up under my eyelid. It causes major irritation, sometimes pain, and sometimes blurry vision. He's always willing to fit me in to get it removed and get my eye fixed up. He also has helped get an infection quickly under control. And he's an all around great guy too. The whole office staff is nice and helpful too. I can't say enough good things about this practice. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

First and foremost I hope any who may read this is staying safe and healthy. I visited this particular location and the atmosphere was like being at home. Very proficient, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and I was treated as a person not a number. Most businesses have forgotten that without consumers, customers, they would not exist. After all it is the customers who businesses rely on. This location is super duper awesome. I am very pleased and elated to know that patients are their number 1 priority. Kudos To The Amazing Staff 5 star ✨ rating isn't enough, my rating is all the stars ⭐ in the sky. Worst service, waiting for ages to get my glasses, Tom is the worst at dealing with customer. I will never recommend this place

I was in need of cataract surgery of both eyes for quite some time. I had put off surgery due to the "fear factor" it's self, but my sight had gotten so bad, knew it was time. After a friend's referral I made arrangements at the CEI Mason office with Doctor Edward Meiers. With my first visit he eased my apprehensions of surgery and removed both cataracts, of course, one at a time. :-) I can't say enough good things about him and his entire staff at the Mason office and especially the Middletown office where his surgeries are performed. What miracle workers all involved are. CEI is a fairly face paced business but treat people with respect and consideration and most of all... Expertise. I'm AMAZED how well I can now see. Please don't hesitate if in need of help due to any vision problems. I highly recommend Doc. Meier and his staff at the Mason location. They've opened up the world for me once again. Thank You so much to all !!

I had been going to a different eye doctor for over 20 years. I didn’t feel like my prescription was right for me anymore and then my sister and niece recommended this office. (My teenage niece told me she LOVED this doctor, so I figured I’d make an appointment) Well, I loved her too! She and her assistant could not have been any nicer. The doctor was so thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure my prescription was correct. It wasn’t a surprise to me that it changed dramatically. She talks to you and wants to make sure your needs are met. It’s very obvious she cares. I am so happy I switched!!

I had my very first experience with Dr. Chester Cheng and his staff at the PIH Eye Care Center and I was extremely impressed. The Eye Center was highly recommended by friends and now I know why. Dr. Cheng performed the most thorough eye examination I have ever had. He explained all my vision problems and concerns in detail. I am in healthcare and it is especially nice to received this kind of care. Kudos to Dr. Cheng and his staff!

My son lost one of lense in his eyeglasses. We replaced both lenses with thin, scratch coating, uv coating and blue light filter at lower affordable price within 15 minutes. Nice and fast service.
