Very professional, the whole staff The Dr. was great I didn’t have to go through all the lenses and read the letters like 20 times. I went in and came right out. My kids also felt the same.

The best. I went to 3 different optometrists offices to get pricing on lenses WITH insurance. All of them, including Metrovision’s competitor, tried charging me more than what my insurance covers. The owner of Metrovision explained to me what benefits are covered and which plan I had was the best. All he did was just try and checked the coverage on one of my plans (none of which the order offices did), and to my surprise, just by “checking”, I got the top of the line lenses (AR/UV/Blue light, I believe the lenses were crizal preventia coating) covered at a much lower cost than the other 2. Staff is nice and friendly. This is going to be my new optometrist office now!

Dr George is wonderful! and the receptionist Monica is so kind and helpful! I’ve been coming for years and even though i moved to suffolk last year I don’t mind taking the drive here because it’s worth it. They have a good selection of glasses too!

I went to Franklin Square Eye Care for the first time today. I was extremely pleased with the top notch service and professionalism. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. They definitely have a new patient. I would highly recommend to anyone

I love that this place communicates via text message! I am a new patient and was able to send over my insurance card and schedule an appointment entirely through text. A confirmation email was also sent through text to remind me of my appointment. There is a parking lot in the rear, which is a plus, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Another plus is that they are open until 6, so I was able to make an appointment after work hours! Great experience!

I have to say that this place is a hidden gem. They have a great selection of glasses and everyone was so helpful especially boris. He really took his time and went above and beyond to help me and my son. And i loved the exam. It was so simple and high tech i was so impressed with this place. I'd give it 10 stars if i could!

If you need glasses, this is the place to go. Daniela is a wonderful store associate who will make you feel welcome and comfortable. She has a great eye for fashion and style. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I love and that fit me well. She also answered all my questions and concerns about the lenses. She is very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this store and Daniela!!

Last year, they did very good work on my sunglasses, so I came back. This time was even better. I got a great discount on my Gucci frames, and I highly recommend their Varilux Comfort 2 lenses. Thanks to Daniela and Jennifer for such good customer services.

A very caring Doctor who answers my questions clearly. Terrific reception manager. Technicians might want to spruce up and wear more professional attire for a more polished look.
