The doctor adjusted my prescription based on his opinion of what other optometrist had done to account for my astigmatism. He had stated this after the exam, but I didn’t realize it would have such a significant affect on my eyeglass order. After receiving my glasses, I immediately noticed how blurry my vision was, but thought I’d give it some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Having worn the glasses for a while, I know that his “adjustment” to my prescription has wrong. I attempted to retrieve my prescription information from the optometrist’s assistant. When there was a problem providing the contect prescription, I explained my dislike for the eyeglass prescription I received. Then I was given the thrid degree, asking why I didn’t come back and see the doctor. I have plenty of reasons why I can’t make it in to see the doctor.... but primarily... I’M NOT GOING TO WASTE ANYMORE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! The entire interaction with this location has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with an optometrist and staff. If you, the customer, want to be judged, belittled, and given attitude... then this is the place for you. The only reason I gave this site a chance was due to convenience... and it has turned out to be nothing but a perfect example of poor customer service.

Amazing,Amazing sales team they have! They treated my 82 years old mom exceptionally well. Doctor was very patient with my elderly mother, which I appreciate greatly. She was very happy and satisfied with everyone!

Forty-four years ago Dr Cangelosi performed surgery on my eye. I will forever be grateful for his expertise!

We love Dr. Talkie. He was amazing with our daughter as well as with me. My vision is horrible beyond belief. Dr. Talkie spoke with me about everything he was doing and options I have.

I had a 7:50 a.m. appointment, I got there at 7:35. They didn't take me in until 8:30. I asked them how quickly the doctor can see me so I can get to work, they told me within an hour....I left. How inconsiderate can you be!!

The location is easy and convenient and works for my schedule. It can take a long time to schedule an appointment. Love my doctor and I believe in teaching environments, BUT the standard eye appointment here takes SO long. I have to consistently take a 1/2 day off work - which isn’t the worst thing, but sometimes difficult. I have 2-3 different folks doing similar exams and then I have to wait for the doctor to run through all the other patients there before making the way back to me. I would not change who I see or where I’m being seen. But it does feel like they try to cram too many patients into a time block!

What a great experience for my annual eye examination. The staff and doctor were professional, courteous and thorough. And there was an abundance of eyewear from which to choose. I highly recommend Infinity Eye Care to anyone who’s looking for great care of their eyes!

My experience with Dr. Tham started with a referral from an optometrist. I was told that I had cataracts and needed to have surgery to remove them and correct my eyesight. New lens for my eyes were required to correct my vision. My visit to Dr. Tham’s office was very welcoming. The staff very nice and helpful. Meeting Dr. Tham was a great experience. She was very professional and nice explaining in terms that I could understand what was happening to my eyes and what was needed to correct them. The place of surgery was clean with helpful people. Dr.Tham explained what was happening at each stage of the surgery. When I fully recovered I could not believe how great my eyesight was. I saw things that I could not see before and realized what I had missed out on. Thanks to Dr. Tham I can still see great after 5 years both near and far. Dr. Tham is a great doctor and a caring person. Dr. Tham also gives of her personal time to help others who are struggling and in need of eye care . Thank you Dr. Tham

Bridges Eyecare is top notch, from the staff to the Doctor. You actually feel like they care about you and your wellbeing. The Doctor takes time to explain the examination process and answer any and all questions you have. The staff is also very helpful, kind and accommodating. As long as the Bridges Eyecare team (Doctor and staff) remains in tact, I will not go anywhere else for my eye care needs!

Dr. Truong, a very knowledgeable optometrist. Friendly and accommodating. Chair side manners excellent. He's thorough and provides the most highest care for your eyes. I was truly amazed how quickly he got me in for an appointment when my other eye Doctor was booked for months ahead. Dr. Truong suggested many types of contacts lens that fits for my eye care. Will definitely come back to Dr. Truong moving forward for my eye care. Location is in the Sam's Club and no membership required. I highly recommend.
