I have to say that Dr John Forrest is an excellent doctor when it comes to eyes he’s very caring and understanding . He will help you to find the right solution and recommending you the right treatment that is needed for you. Veda was also very helpful and caring and patient with me she always makes me smile when I have to do testing for my glaucoma..

The Five Points Eye Care doctors, staff and office provided a warm and professional experience for my new patient appointment. I left feeling confident with my diagnosis and excited to get my new glasses designed for both reading “and” computer work. They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the best medical experiences I have had. The office staff takes their time explaining everything and are interested in hearing any worries you might have. The doctor was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike many doctors in the area, he was in no rush, wanted to hear all I had to say, and answered any questions I had. He was also going to follow-up with my PCP and neurologist regarding concerns they had.

Customer service is not good and definitely needs lots of improvement! This starts at the front desk/ check in, they offered very little communication or information, I was made to feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. There's more, just to upset to put it into words at the moment and I prefer to offer positive constructive feedback, not just bashing.

Just visited Pearle Vision in Irvine to get my glasses repaired. Sally jumped to repair the screw in my glasses without asking for anything in return - free of charge. Went above and beyond to help me get an estimate for a pair of new glasses and prescription sun glasses. I never felt rushed through the process. Even though I ended up buying nothing from Sally, she gave me 100% of her undivided attention. She answered at least 10 questions I had regarding progressive lenses, contacts and ray ban sunglasses with no push to close a sale. I felt taken care of with no strings attached. Sally’s service helped me see what kind of service a visitor can expect at this Pearle Vision outlet. I am grateful for Sally’s time and attention to a non-buyer.

My visit yesterday was wonderful! You all were extremely busy and yet everyone was patient and friendly. The technician that gave me all the tests I needed was both patient and informative, answering all my questions. Judith is truly exceptional. Wow, 1st time there. What a great experience! 1st walking in, I couldnt believe the attention I received, with smiles! Next, Dr. Daniels, his excitement is contagious. This man loves life, and loves his family. Took his time with me and was very knowledgeable, explaining things I've never heard before about an eye exam. The lady who fitted me for my glasses, spent so much time helping me pick a pair out. I can't say enough. This team works so well together and it shows. I am moving to Plano but will travel back to Arlington for my future eye exams, they are that worth it.

I started going here about 8 to 10 years ago for personal reasons. I was met by Heather, who could not have been more helpful and has helped me pick out the perfect frames many times. When they add Carrie, Josiah, and Sue to the mix, leaving there satisfied is a common occurrence. I am not the most gentle on my glasses and frames so I need to stop in often for adjustments to my frames, I always leave with my frames feeling, and looking, brand new. I highly recommend this specific optician team, I was blind, but now I see.
