Horrible customer service. I went to this location as it was convenient, but will never again. The doctor was competent and got my vision corrected without issue. Everything after that was a disaster. Went to go purchase contacts and was judged when I said I would like to shop elsewhere, so I was pressured into buying contacts from them. Was told this would be the best way and the shopping would be the fastest, I was running out of old contacts so I did it. Mistake on my part, they took almost two months to arrive and when I questioned that I was told I was wrong again. Finally the contacts come in and I can’t see very well. It’s not a big difference so I was left to wonder if it was just a bad box of contacts. The second box was fine so I was glad I waited. Then the third box, I had the same problem. So I called, told the person who answered the phone my story, and he then blamed me for not knowing I had a different prescription for different eyes. I was never told this by a doctor or sales person. The boxes were unlabeled and somehow this is my fault. I spent an insane amount of money on these contacts with horrible service. They will blame you for everything and take no accountability for their terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs

READ REVIEWS! Beware this is a SHAM
AND SCAM: basically like a prior review mentioned, you go in for a new prescription (I went for contacts and glasses), without asking or informing me that it would cost more money, they perform "retinal imaging" I did not need or want (extra $44). When I checked out (I called twice prior to confirm my insurance covered everything) they told me my total was $150. Lol. What? When I asked why and the extra charges the FAT, rainbow colored hair assistant told me she’d ask the manager to handle it for her. They ended up ripping my prescription and throwing it away because I refused to pay their up charges and didn’t buy anything from them. How is this place still running boggles my mind. The doctor was perfectly professional.

I had a 1240 appointment. I got here early and got taken back late. Then, when I finally got in the back, it was digital, so then the assistant manager Ciara said it was a three part process which this whole appointment was very consuming and long story short with my appointment time being 1240 I am just finishing up at 230 pm. Had I waited for the person I was waiting for to serve me, it would have been very longer of a wait. Sad men when they are really understaffed and working digital is not in their best suits when providing customer service at all at thus, that's why I left you all with a one star. If I could give none, I would have.

Great place to get an eye exam. I went with my son and my husband and we all had a great experience. The staff members are all extremely friendly, professional, and caring. The place is super clean. No waiting time with an appointment. Just perfect!

Teresa LT was outstanding with such a warm welcoming Heavenly smile and such professionalism in what she does made me feel like why i never came here from the start and she took care of me with such grace. Please don't try to schedule an appointment with them. The first time I called I heard a rep scheduling another appointment and was hung up on. Then I proceeded to call back again and once I got ahold of someone they stated to call back after 2pm due to them being busy like WTH! It seems like people aren't able to handle multiple things at once plus I called at 10am & you want me to wait ALL DAY just to schedule. That would already explain what kind of office this is already and I'm glad I didn't schedule!

My appointment was in April. It's June now. I haven't received my new glasses yet. I think next time, I'll eat the cost and just go back to America's Best. I would've had them by now. Also, at least AB's equipment doesn't break down while using it. Not a very disabled friendly environment either. The office is really small and needs an update. Up front staff and tech were great. The actual eye doctor however, wanted to get the appointment over with as soon as I sat down. Once I get my glasses, I'm not going back🫡
Update: I finally got my glasses. Another warning, the doors are really heavy going in. Head doc nor tech I worked with were there. I went up front and stated that I'm here for a pick-up, I'm usually soft spoken in front of stranger’s so I thought the woman behind the desk didn't hear me so I said it again. She very curtly replied "Sign-in". I did that and went to go sit down. There was only one other customer there. Before I got the chance to sit, another lady called my name🙄. They have a little floor ac, it was pretty cool. I wasn't going to be long anyway. Another lady pulled out the chair for me to look in the mirror which was nice. I forgot how cluttered the office was? Maybe they should give hoarders a call😬. I signed the confirmation form and left as soon as I could.
Oh and if you’re wondering, No, they don't recycle frames
Like I said, I'm not going back there🫡
Good Luck everyone!
11/4/23 LAST UPDATE:
Hey, so I had my glasses for three months and realized that I didn't have to adjust to them. I went back to America's Best as soon as I got the chance. Turns out the optometrist here gave me the same perception that I had two year's ago! Go to America's Best if you can, avoid this place!
I can actually see now... properly, got my glasses a week after my appointment

I purchased eyeglasses from here and one of the screws came out. The exam and glasses were costly ($300-$400). I wanted to take them to get the screw placed back in but I was told that I had to leave my glasses for 1-3 days, no definite time and date could be provided. How do I leave the only eyeglasses that I have for 1-3 days when I need them to see. Then to be told that I had to go to another outside source was ridiculous. I wanted to speaker or leave a message for the eye doctor to contact me but they refused to give it to me. I was told my only option was the call after 5:00 pm and leave a voicemail. Which would probably be deleted. Why couldn't I been provided with contact information to lodge a complaint? There should have been signage posted that states that they do not have technicians available to do simple repairs to their products. Mind you I did not break my glasses, the screw out, which suggest the quality was not that good. I asked to schedule an appointment to come in for the repair but was told no. To suggest that I travel to an outside source and pay additional fees is outrageous.

After a bad experience, at another Iocation last year, I was skeptical with staying with My Eye Dr. I'm so happy I did. Dorion and David was AWESOME!! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had NO issues what so ever. They were patient and thoroughly explained everything to me. Allowing me an experience I have never had with any other location. I would say I would love to see them again next year for my annual but hope they excel and be in other positions within the company.
The doctor was great! He was very friendly and thorough explaining all options to me.
Hands down the best eye exam ever!

My husband and I came to this optometry center so that we could both get our glasses and contacts for the end of the year. The staff here was very friendly and the appointment was timely. They had a very helpful young man that helped my husband and I pick out the style of glasses that will be wearing for the year, we really appreciate the professionalism from this location.

Doctor Posse was extremely kind and thoroughly knowledgeable about his practice. However, I would like to say that the person working the front desk was not too informative about pricing and insurance coverage. I too went in with insurance believing I would have a low cost appointment that I am typically accustomed to. I even took the initiative to call and ensure that my appointment would be low cost, provided my insurance and everything. I was even assured I was okay, which I thought was perfect since it was close to my job. Upon, the completion of my appointment I was completely bamboozled and had to pay a premium. I initially chose MyEyeDr to avoid this so the incompetency of some of the staff will probably dissuade me from coming here again.
