Came through Stanton optical this week and I just have to say wow! An amazing selection of glasses, great staff, and very organized store! AJ was super helpful and will definitely be back for all my glasses needs!

I have been going to the E. Kemper location for years and the current front staff are the ABSOLUTE best. We initially had a horrible experience with the on-site doctor who was 45min behind with patients, straddled my daughter so intimately during the exam it made my 15yo child look at me in shock, told us she had 20/20 vision after 3 years of wearing glasses, then offered for us to purchases both glasses and contacts. I walked out without finishing my own visit, but returned alone the next day to address the situation. Milana was able to reschedule us both just days later with online providers. Today my daughter and I were both seen by two different providers, both very thorough, kind, and their exams were consistent with our previous prescriptions. Their on-site assistant was just as pleasant. We were able to go in a bit early and pick glasses before our virtual visits and sit in a room of smiling ladies sharing laughs and jokes. Our appointments only took 45minutes and we were on our way. I loved the warm environment, and their willingness to help was more than inviting. If you are ever in need of a visit, please be sure to stop in at this location.

Kim was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful in the glasses selection process, she was very pleasant and fun to work with! This definitely is my go-to glasses place! On your next glasses purchase just go there, I'm sure you'll be happy you did!

I would highly recommend Dr Tuel and his staff. I feel it sure makes a difference going to A private practice optometrist like Dr. Tuel who took his time and provided me with a very thorough exam and made me feel very comfortable which often doesn’t happen with larger chain businesses. The selection of glasses were great and his staff took their time to help me select the perfect pair. They were awesome!

I’m a person, who doesn’t care to much about people looking at my eye. However, as one gets older, the eye site starts to fade. I went to Dr Ransdell to have my eyes checked. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the problem, and asked, if I had any questions. I have been going there now for the last 7 years. He also sponsors one of the teams in our softball club! Oh…by the way someone else wrote about a “pushy” office manager. She is no longer employed there!

Dr. Johnson was GREAT! When I first went to SEC (Spokane Eye Clinic), I saw Dr. Snow who I loved. I’ve seen several other doctors there over the years, after Snow retired. Nobody was really human. Professional, really competent, but I always felt like a stick of furniture. There, taken care of, but just an impersonalized piece of their livelihood to work on. Then along comes Johnson. Interactive, good eye contact, felt he really was interested in me and my situation, stopped what he was doing looked at me when I asked questions! Wow. I felt heard and understood, and his answers were easy to understand and made sense. He even asked me one time if I understood what he was as saying. Great experience. Great doctor!

This is the worst place ever. The front desk folks are nice but the quality of spectacles is pathetic. They made me come in 4 times for a prescription sunglasses and every time, they got it wrong. They finally delivered one which turned out to be defective, and one can see dark patches, thus making it unusable. Got the lenses checked with another optician and its turns out to be extremely poor craftsmanship. best to avoid.

I had a concern about my left eye and was able to be seen by Dr. Collin’s on the same day I called, due to a short notice cancellation. The wait was minimal and Dr. Collins did a very thorough exam. Although her office did not accept my insurance, the charges were very reasonable. I went to her on a recommendation from a trusted friend, and I’m so glad I did! She's a very caring and pleasant professional, and I look forward to seeing her again for all of my and my family’s eye care needs.
