Amazing retina specialist. The staff and Dr Norman were fantastic. Night and day difference between this exam and the exam last year at a different retina specialist in Newport Beach. Dr. Norman and staff prepared me for what to expect with every part of the exam. Dr. Norman was thorough and gentle, with very little discomfort during the exam. He also explained all of his findings in detail. I love this office and highly recommend it to anyone needing a retina exam. The front desk staff were also so attentive and kind. Thank you Dr.Norman!

This has been the best experience for us. My husband has been having so many issues and the whole staff from the reception to the technicians have been wonderful and caring. Huge shout out to Dr. Kunz who has been so supportive and caring about our situation. We are so thankful that he’s been working hard on my husband’s situation and worth the traveling just to see him! The whole staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of no matter what time and day it is! 100% recommended.

I have been a client of Dr. Leah Ray for several years now. I like her easy going demeanor and thoroughness in her exams. She spends the time needed to explain any issues that I might have. I highly recommend her for all your optical needs.

Very nice and clean ambiance. Not a long wait time at all. Employees are very professional. Dr. Easley is very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother enjoyed their service at Alpharetta location. Now, I and my family is considering to make this place a go to one for all of us. Highly recommend.

Professional...fast...fun. Ophthalmologist made an effort to explain to me what the results of the various eye-tests she performed meant (and in easy to understand terms). We may not have agreed on who would make a better President, but we saw eye to eye on everything else. Having grown up in this Morris Park Ave area it is always wonderful to find like-minded professional, caring people. And again, everyone in that office knew what they were doing...worked fast, and had great consideration (empathy) for the patient (me). Thank You! and highly (Highly) Recommended.

My wife & I needed new glasses and frames. We’ve been to this LensCrafters before, we were both happy with what resulted then, so we went back again. And we’re still happy. We were helped by a bunch of staff, including Erika (who I believe is the manager of this location), and they all took care of our needs, our problems, our questions. They were all very busy (hey, you can’t get upset if there are other customers ahead of you), but we certainly weren’t ignored. Erika, in particular, spent a good deal of time and effort with us. But they were all helpful, pleasant, and above all, professional. As a customer, you will never go wrong when the staff has those 3 traits. Thanks to you all for making us feel like part of the family.

Each time I come in for a visit, everyone is nice and attentive. The doctor is swift and knowledgable, she took her time to see which contacts would work the best. The ladies in the front always a pleasure, I believe Yoni helped me out. they all had great opinions on frames for me. I picked out a few and she was attentive and took the time to get me the pricing with my insurance on all pair. Myself and my family go to no other office

Professional, friendly and quick! It’s at least my fifth pair through Costco and it's always been a great experience from frame selection, lens options to fitting. But when my current semi-rimless frames had a repeated string issue, Tyler took a good look and seeing that I had requested help with these multiple times, not only offered a temporary fix (very good in fact) but also ordered a replacement at no cost. 3 days later I was back and Kaitlyn switched the lenses properly and in record time, I just couldn’t believe it and I still think I didn’t thank her enough. Even if I didn’t need a Costco membership, this member service alone is worth it! ❤️👓
