I wish I can say something positive for this office but it was just horrible. While I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, I heard the workers especially the receptionist Keshia I think that’s her name calling another patient a “airhead” just because they didn’t have the right insurance with them. It was very unprofessional and a few minutes the other lady was yelling and complaining about patient being added in to the schedule for an emergency. I wouldn’t recommend this eye clinic to any of the family and friends they are inconsiderate and disrespectful. From this experience that I endure it just really made me think if that worker are like this how good of a doctor would he be?

Went to Dr. Albergo for a second opinion on an eye issue. Dr. Albergo was able to see me on short notice and took my symptoms very seriously. I first called his office as a new patient late in the afternoon and I had an appointment for early the very next morning. He did multiple tests and listened to everything I told him about my symptoms. He even took the time to call me the following day to ask how I was doing. All of his staff were excellent as well. They were friendly and professional, and showed compassion when I was upset about my symptoms. Highly recommend! I’m very grateful for the care from him and his office.

I was very pleased with my visit there to CT Eye Care center. I was having an issue with my eyes and Dr. Albergo was able to solve the issue and my eyes have been feeling great ever since. It was my first time there and I'm so glad I made the appointment there! Very pleased, and a very good doctor! highly recommend!

I never have to wait. I always get taken right at my appointment time. The staff is always friendly an efficient. It’s so refreshing to go to an office that is never running behind. I love coming to Kemp Eyecare.

I really like knowing my eyes are in the best of hands with Dr. Kemp. I feel he is extremely knowledgeable about the latest procedures to watch over your eye health. Having the Optomap machine is a huge plus in catching things early. I like his style and how he translates everything into layman’s terms. I also know from experience that when I need to have a new prescription made, I’m going to walk out of the door seeing and not having to go adjust to them. I attribute that to how well he does his job. I’ve been with him and sending people for over 15 years now. I value my eyes so I realize there is a price for that. Amy was fabulous at helping me with my new fit enough to help me update to a sunglasses as well. Thank you Kemp Eyecare!

Just call this place to get some information, the person answer the phone, i said "hello good morning i would like to get some information, can i see the doctor without insurance?" The person hang up the phone, i tried calling bk no one pick up. I was so stunned.

Best eye dr in the country !!!

I enjoyed her and her staff very pleasant and professional. Nice selection of frames and the office is clean

My daughter said she was telling the man she still can't see and he was rushing her to choose and telling her as long as she can still see ok it's fine..and she didn't tell me this till her annual this year telling me why she don't want them ... she still had to sit in the front of the class to see the board
