Apparently sitting and waiting for 2.5 because of overbooking and short staff is normal. This is crazy.

I did have to wait a few minutes past my appointment time, but the front office clerks were quite nice and the vision tech was friendly. The eyeglasses displays were well-organized and neat with a good selection of frames.

Dr. Wilds has been my eye doctor over the past 10 years! I highly recommend him for any vision needs as he is very knowledgeable and informative! I’ve learned a lot about my vision thanks to him! Excellent eye care from an exceptional eye professional!

Doctor was incredibly well-informed and helpful. Scheduling was spot-on with virtually no waiting time. Staff was great in terms of selecting glasses. Would recommend highly across the board!

This place was my saving grace. Dude was friendly helpful and amazing. Couldn’t fix my frame but instead had a replacement which was perfect. My face is real funky and LensCrafters and Walmart and such didn’t have replacements. Fast, friendly, amazing. Price was quite affordable too. 100/10 cannot recommend enough.

Been a patient here for many years. They are going to waste most your time. Prior to COVID, the overall time spent here in the office averaged from 6-8 hours per visit. Thankfully due to Covids distance requirement they couldn’t have 50 people crammed in the office, so the total time per office visit averages about 3 hours per visit now. Sadly, I’ve been noticing the time spent per office visit has been increasing again. Your average appointment goes something like this. - You will make an appointment for about a month out before they can see you. - You show up, check in with the receptionist. Very nice and polite. - Sit down in the waiting room for about 45 min to an hour, the receptionist calls you to the window, you pay your co-pay. She informs you that “they will be right with you.”. - You wait another 30 min to 45min before they bring you to an exam room. Dilate your eyes, ask you questions, check your pressure, do a sight test. - Then you are moved to the second waiting room (if space permits). Where you wait about 10 min before they have you take pictures of your eyes. - Back to the second waiting room 45 min to 1 hour. - Get moved to an actual room and wait for the doctor for 20min. Initiate the song and dance with the doctor. The doctor leaves for 15 - 20 min before returning with your medication. Another 10 min to setup your next appointment. - 4 hours later your are home. Or you can… Drive to the San Antonio office and be in and out of the building in 45 min.

The best! Doctor Rojas worked patiently on my prescription over and over again until we got it right. Even when I didn’t want to try anymore, my eyes are dry and have issues. Her prescription was perfect, snd she is so patient, generous and understanding. Went above and beyond for me. Best eye care I’ve ever received. Thank you , Dr Rojas !! 🌸

Dr Greenley is in excellent eye specialist. He correctly diagnosed my dry eye condition on the first appointment. He really knows his stuff. My previous eye doctor had not idea what was wrong. They have a natural dry eye supplement that corrects it. Six months after taking it my eyes cleared up; a year after I also noticed new hair growing where my hairline had receded.

My name is Charity and as some women of a certain age who did not wear glasses like myself. I now have them, and I have become more comfortable with wearing them thanks to Pearle Vision in Norfolk(wards corner). Where Mrs. Shelly Mrs. Leanne, Mrs. Linda, Mr. Robert as well as Mr. Carlo assisted me. And I am as confident as ever!

We had a fantastic experience at this clinic with Dr. Dev Patel. From start to finish Dr Patel was friendly, professional and efficient. I came in with my two teenagers for their exams and they appreciated the way Dr Patel treated them like adults. We were in and out in no time at all and left with some samples to hold us over between orders! Thanks!
