I have been doing to H&L since I was a kid However this Definitely is one of the best Harvey & Lewis locations in CT in my opinion they have very helpful staff I was helped by Thalia and she definitely made the process easier

I always go to the Hartford Hospital office cause they’re always understanding & patient, give me good advice & help me pick the right frames. Now I switched over to contacts & was scared cause I don’t like putting things in my eyes but Ms. Maddie helped & showed me how to do it & now as I wear them it don’t take so long for me to put in nor take out. Also Waleska helped me pick out my new frames. It’s like she already knew my type of style I like & I’m very indecisive but she was patient & helped me w everything I wanted.

I had Sally, she’s a great employer for making sure my glasses is fix and fit on which is important. She’s a great employer and making sure I had everything right on put and telling me which is right or wrong on what to not to do or do with my glasses. I gave this a 5 star because of how the service went smooth and gave Sally a 5 star because of how great she is.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The Dr go above for her patients by being proactive regarding her patients care. I recommend anyone who want thorough eye care to visit this office.

I always feel comfortable going to get my eyes checked with this Serenitycare. The staff are friendly and try to make me comfortable. The Dr shows concern about my eyes and will do everything to make me have healthy vision.

I had a great experience. Dr. Wong was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She very knowledgeable and explains the contacts process in a clear and concise way.

Great place. Staff and Doctor are very friendly. They make you feel at ease. Easy to find off of the road. Furthermore they were notably more thorough than other exams I've been to. I recommend without hesitation.

the staff was professional and courteous, my appointment was fast but done to above my expectations. all in all, an exemplary experience. I would recommend, if you live in the West Hartford, CT area and need an eye exam or glasses, to check them out.

Staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. Dr. Antwi was pleasant and made the whole experience enjoyable. They took their time to help me choose the right frames. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. I left there a very satisfied patient and will definitely continue to use Eyes on Park.
