Great service and super friendly atmosphere. I was greeted on my first visit as if I had been going here for years. I immediately felt comfortable.
Dr. Speth was very thorough and I appreciated the time and effort she gave me for asking questions and getting comprehensive answers.
Their eyeglass collection covered a wide range of types and styles making it easy for me to select a pair for everyday wear as well as some prescription sunglasses which I am really looking forward to having for my hikes.
If you are looking for great service, quality eyewear and friendly people Urban Eyes is the place to go.

Extremely unsettling encounter for a routine eye exam.
The appointment was almost entirely with the tech and proved to be an extremely unsettling encounter, characterized by discomfort and a disconcerting level of unprofessionalism. The technician's repeated physical proximity, specifically the touching of my knee MULTIPLE TIMES during the examinations, left me feeling extremely uneasy. Such behavior is not only inappropriate but raises significant doubts about the overall quality of the eye exam.
The attempt to manipulate interactions at the front desk, urging me to claim a fictitious connection as a "long-lost neighbor" for a purported discount, is a concerning display of unprofessional conduct. Such actions are not only misleading but also indicative of a level of behavior that goes beyond what one would expect in a medical setting.
The physical setting of the office, situated in a basement with windows covered in tin foil and seats held together with duct tape, only added to the overall sense of unease. Disturbingly, the use of language such as "this is our little secret" by the technician is not only inappropriate but raises serious questions about the ethical standards upheld within the establishment.
I feel compelled to share this experience to caution potential patients, particularly women, from subjecting themselves to an environment that may leave them feeling traumatized after what should be a routine and professional eye examination.
I hope that this feedback prompts a thorough review of the practices within this establishment, fostering an environment where patients can trust in the professionalism and integrity of their eye care providers.

TL;DR if your time is valuable, avoid thos doctor.
Scheduled a new patient visit for 1:30pm. Showed up 15 minutes early and completed the paperwork. At 2pm I asked how much longer is the wait and was told an hour. The staff was lovely but unable to help. I explained I don't have another hour to wait (for a total of 90 minutes) apologized and left.

Avoid this clinic. You will be treated like cattle with long waits and a rude Dr. Coco. My first cataract surgery with a different surgeon went smoothly. After surgery with Dr. Coco I was left with 6 weeks of bruising that should not have occurred. When I went in for the follow-up I waited for more than an hour only to be told that my appointment had been canceled. Dr. Coco has very poor communications skills and handles patients roughly and painfully. After treatment by Dr. Coco I am left with a film in my right field of vision, glasses that do not correct my vision and eyes that do not work together correctly.

I want to say thank you to the team at Cherry Creek Optical. The staff, Rae Cuthbertson, Certified Optician, and Shawn Angier, Manager & Optician, are warm, welcoming and HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE in fitting any kind of eyewear.
I was having difficulty with a pair of prescription glasses they had made for me (an unusual problem) which they successfully identified, corrected and did not charge me for a replacement pair even though the warranty had expired. Who does that???
No hesitation in recommending these wonderful professionals, particularly Rae Cuthbertson. I wouldn't go anywhere else --and I have tried a few of the big chain eyeglass stores--and without a doubt, the quality of their products and their outstanding service is above and beyond.
Thanks again--

Terrible service. Such a weird feeling in there as well. Terrible communication. They fixed my glasses I got from there and then they broke again, not even owning them for a day. Told me I would not be refunded and that my face was the problem. If it was my face, why sell me the glasses in the first place? Uneducated staff.

I went to Cherry Creek Optical expecting to pay higher prices for exemplary service and quality glasses and lenses. I spent almost $900.00 for my new glasses and requested a purple tint, not sunglasses, but noticeably purple for indoor use. They ordered and it took over 2 weeks for them to come in. They were so dark plum, I thought they’d made sunglasses. I had to send them back to the lab after explaining AGAIN I wanted my eyes to be seen through the lenses, and that they are for indoors and computer use. I waited another few weeks for the lab to do them. When I picked them up, they were so faint purple I literally could not see the tint. I asked for my money back since it had been well over a month I had waited, and they still weren’t right. I was told I could not get a refund, and the lab would only make them 1 more time. I waited for a total of 6 weeks. The last pair I was forced to take home since no refund would be provided and they still weren’t dark enough. Now I have a $900 pair of glasses I don’t want and no recourse but small claims court. This place IS NOT worth the high prices. I would have probably gotten a better pair at Walmart or Target. FURIOUS.

They got my glasses done within 45 minutes!!! The staff was especially helpful with my selection and I spent less than my planned budgeted for my new Gucci glasses. My glasses with all the extra coatings cost me less than $300. This place has an overwhelming amount of designer glasses at affordable prices. Staff was also extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Big thanks to Leo for the great recommendation and deal!!!!

Excellent experience! Came in with an old frame that I wanted new lenses for. Michael was very kind and said they COULD do it if I insisted, but my frames were so beaten up, he was afraid I'd be spending money for new lenses and then the frames would fall apart and I'd have wasted my money . . . and why not look at new frames for almost the same price. I told him that me finding frames I like would be a nightmare and take forever. He said, "Give me a minute" and then said, "Here, give these a try" and I could not believe how he was able to so quickly pick a frame that fit my face and looked good. Truly a miracle!!! I have spent HOURS looking at frames and unable to find anything that fit my face or that I liked. It was amazing. Two days later I had a new pair of glasses for $99.00. Like I said, a miracle. It was a great experience, with a super helpful, skilled optician at a totally reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Now I'm going to send my 91-year-old Dad to him and see if he can do it again! : )

Great clean office with fast and helpful service. They were able to take me for a walk in service and in 20mins had my prescription taken and was out looking from the hundreds of frames they have available. I was expecting my glasses by next week and they had them ready the same day in an hour. I'm glad I was able to find this office as my schedule varies greatly preventing me from making an appointment I cannot recommend them more, give optical masters a try.

I was very pleased with my visit today. For the first time in my life, I'm at a point where I simply cannot read up close without corrective lenses. Dr. Levinson was so helpful explaining all of my options. I have not worn glasses or contacts since I had lasik ten years ago. I had gradually come to the realization that my vision needed correction once again, but felt rather helpless and uninformed. I ended up trying a contact lens in my left eye for reading, and leaving my right eye as is for distance. There are other options that I may try now that I am informed of what they are. Dr. Levinson is so kind and helpful, genuinely concerned about his patients.
Thank you so much.
