I would rate 0 stars if I could I recently called to try and get my 6 month old in. I spoke with an INCREDIBLY rude person last week who said I had to have the Dr. contact the office with a referral. I ignored her nasty attitude and told her I had the referral in my hand and could email it over. She was not able to give me an email address, but instead demanded I go to the website and find it (which would have been fine if there was any trace of niceness in her tone), but she also didn't give me the website name (which no I did not have because I only had a phone number written on the referral from the pediatrician)!! Fast forward to this week. I email again for my son asking what the hold up it is. I get this as a response "I have contacted the office to send over more information and have yet to hear back." Ok - so I call my son's Dr, they call he eye doctor. Eye doctor's office says they spoke with my husband already.. BOLD FACED LIE. Absolutely do not waste your time on this place.

This is the place we have had the worse possible experience with our baby's glasses. They are inconsiderate, dishonest and rude. My 10 mos baby needed glasses, based on the list from his doctor we picked Continental Vision Euphoropia. We ordered his glasses, we were told that it will take around 10 days - 2 weeks (we had planned international trip). 10 days later when we went there to check, they said it will be ready in a in two days. Then we went there again and they said need more days. They kept lying then truth came out; they did not even order the lenses until our first visit (10 days later). We changed our flight (paid fee) and finally got the glasses. Things might go wrong with the orders or production but I can't forgive dishonesty.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Booking was simple, checking in was efficient, all staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Will happily return for all my exams and lenses in the future, and will be recommending to all my friends/family in the Denver area!

Doctor John, was one of the best. He is friendly, personable, and down to earth, but professional. I have astigmatism in both eyes, and he triple checked both eyes to make sure my prescription was just right. Took his time to make sure it was perfect. Thank You.

The office staff and tech were great. But this doctor came in very curt. Didn’t make eye contact or introduce himself. When I was explaining my daughter was due for an annual eye exam and we are new here to get another opinion because she was complaining that her last two prescriptions were too strong (from another practice, and she’s worn glasses for years without complaints), he became argumentative and condescending scolding us for not wearing her glasses consistently. He wasn’t listening to what I was asking . The scolding went on and on…until I finally said something and left. The office staff were apologetic and said we could schedule with a different provider. He was very aggressive and followed me to the front desk demanding I answer his questions. Very bizarre behavior. I’d steer clear of him.

One disappointment after another. I will NOT be going back. Very frustrated.

Jazmin is SUPER WONDERFUL! From the time I came in she was warm and welcoming. She is very attentive, patient, and caring. She noticed I was having some difficulties picking out frames and without asking, she immediately came over to assist. This woman KNOWS glasses! I was able to find the right one with her help. She made sure not only that I loved them, but they look great and made me feel amazing! It was a VIBE! Definitely ask for Jazmin if you visit Lens Crafters on Boston St. Also, Dr. Patel was super nice, very thorough, and quick!

I just had my LASIK eye surgery with Dr. Berg on Friday (10/13/2023 - yes, Friday the 13th!) and my life's officially a new one! I couldn't feel better about myself! Before making the decision to get this done with Dr. Berg, I had a couple of other consultations, including Laser Eye Center in Encino, and not only was his team the friendliest and most responsive, but they were also the most comparable and convenient. The team explained that my eyes would burn for a couple of hours after I woke up from my procedure, but my eyes actually did not burn at all, but I was expecting it. I got lucky! I live in North Hollywood. My consultation was in Burbank and my procedure was in Sherman Oaks. From beginning to end, the process was very smooth. I'll recommend them for years to come!

We have been patients since Dr. Murata worked only on pirates. He has always provided the best for our family. Thank you, Sir.

I called the office in Cupertino for my mom. The reception was professional and answer all my questions. They take medical too. Made an appointment. This morning I took my mom there. The doctor was very nice with a lot patience. Recommended to go there.
