Dr Joly is great. However being 1.5 hours behind in seeing patients is not. We all have lives and other priorities so we'd appreciate the same courtesy we show him by showing up on time for our appointment

I was a patient in this clinic for the first time today. My exam was quick and thorough. The tech and optometrist were great.

Not very friendly, once they realized i just wanted a script and didnt want to buy their over priced glasses and look at their frames they had sitting since the 80s they basically ignored me. after i got my eye exam it took me 45 minutes to get my script and i was the only one in the office. they just werent in a hurry at all. after taking my script to another location to order glasses i was informed that my script was very wrong and they would reneed to test me and give me much more powerful script. ive left 4 messages on eye to eyes machine and they wont get back to me. im sure at one time this place was fine but they are older now and i feel on their way out. they really just dont care about customers, just wanted to hit my insurance company for the eye exam and be done with it. i will never come here again and considering i worked next door for 3 years and spoke to joe almost everyday for him to not remember me or even say hello was "eye" opening. take your money elsewhere theres 12 places to get an eye exam within 1 mile of this location.

I just want to say I had an excellent experience at Pearle Vision in Hamden, for both the eye Exam and choosing new glasses. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. When looking at options for glasses Diane and Tiffany were very helpful in describing the type that would suit my needs. Thank you all very much!

Today my husband took our son to be see seen at this place for the first time he was seen by DR. AGUILAR It was the first time and the last time this doctor was very unprofessional and rude. My son went in he Was not even examined properly the doctor was in a rush and all he said was wash your eyes with baby shampoo. My husband asked if he could call me and put me on speaker so the doctor could explain briefly what our son has because I was at work the doctor replied “no listen because I don’t have enough saliva in my mouth to say it again” When the doctor said this there was another assistant in the room and she open her eyes wide because of unprofessional this doctor replied to a patient I will never go back to this place.

The staff was courteous, respectful and efficient. I was quite comfortable during the eye exam, the glasses selection and the payment discussion. I'll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely the best! I have been going to to Kelli Armstrong for over 15 years. My entire family goes for exams and glasses/contact lenses. The experience is ALWAYS excellent! The office staff could not be more helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied with everything.

Now I know where NOT to go again. We have been coming here for 4 years. Wife, son and me. Just came to our confirmed appointment, they can’t find us in any paper. There is not even an email canceling the appointment. They are DOUBLE booking and then cancelling customers because of that. Something happened that they could not tell us that our confirmed appointment was double booked to cancel. The best part is that their computer system is down and can’t even make a new appointment. Lost THREE customers in one shot.

Very professional and friendly service. The doctor was very friendly, informative, and professional. I usually don’t like visiting doctors but enjoy my time here. The cherry of the cake here was Britney. I LOVE her personality. I didn’t want to be a bother choosing frames, but she helped me out, making me feel welcome all the time. She was very informative, super friendly, and patient. Best customer service ever! Britney is a keeper!!! Thank you so much!
