Experience...... Awsome. Dr. Cohen was more than nice. Anyone can be nice?! He wanted only to help me with my sight concerns. Way to deep to get into detail! Not only that, sight test included real life signs and cars in parking lot.... REAL LIFE not just a chart on the wall. He was also humble and did not make me feel his opinion and prescription is the ONLY one..... we worked it out together and YES. Contact sight is alot better by bending the "rules" a little for the patient.

Great experience. Dr. was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me and what all my options were. The administration staff was so friendly got me an appt the same day since I lost my glasses. They had my frame of choice ordered and had same day ready frames as well. I totally recommend for all of your vision needs.

As a new patient I can honestly say my visit was exceptional. The two ladies in the front was very professional and pleasant. The doctor was very informative and answered any and every questions I had. This was my first time seeing her but I will continue my care from the point on. Thank you

The optometrist was very patient with my little ones and the receptionist were helpful with trying to help my girl calm down and cooperate with the check up. I really appreciated their help and patience.

I had a scleral shell done by him at his Santa Rosa office, which is a glass covering that goes over a blind eye. The work he did was outstanding! Considering what happened to me he took very good care of me. I look in the mirror and can't believe its not my real eye!!! I can pull it out and I don't know how he did it? There are literally tiny blood vessels around the eye that were painted.. Amazing skill and talent by this man. The Iris part of the prosthetic is even VERY elaborate and detailed. It looks totally natural and REAL! It even tracks and moves now, which I was concerned about at first. I still have my original scleral shell, which he told I'd have to get done after 5 years.. If you had a tragic accident or lost an eye for any reason I would highly recommend Dr. William Danz. He's in San Francisco and Santa Rosa. I live all the way in New Hampshire now, but I consider him one of the best. I don't know how the eye couldve turned out better. It would be worth making a long range trek for it. Molly was very patient as I looked through a ton of glasses, and answered all of my very specific questions so I knew I was getting the best options for me. She was also really friendly, and not pushing anything on me. It felt like shopping with a friend who knows a lot about glasses/ lenses. Oh yeah, since the store didn't have any same day eye exam apts avail, she found me a same day apt across town & even booked it for me!! Now that is 1st class service! Highly recommend based on her help. I love the chill, no pressure vibe of the store/ Molly. This is what makes me want to spend money somewhere.
