REALLY great experience. I drove past and heard about Warby Parker awhile ago. And I’m glad I finally stopped by. The staff is great. They were very helpful. Informative. And friendly. Plus the prices are great. Definitely will be recommending.

By far the most fraudulent place I've ever visited. Have been going for years for regular eye checkups. No eye issues just yearly regular exams. Come to find out that they have been charging my insurance saying that I had cataracts and other issues that I was being treated for. Brought the insurance company in to deal with them and even the insurance company had opened investigation due to fraudulent charges. Funny how quickly the charges were changed / dropped after getting investigated by the insurance company. Be warned of this place and check often for what they are billing your insurance for as it is most likely some form of fraudulent activity.

Danny at Sun City Optical was great! He helped me choose the right glasses for my granddaughter and made the process super easy and smooth. Thank you Danny!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fenton since my first year in college. For the past 22 years, he has provided superior care to my family. My husband sees him along with our 13 and 10-year old children. Dr. Fenton goes above and beyond for his patients. He has been available after hours for emergency care & he doesn't hesitate to make room in his schedule if we need to be seen right away. His office staff is consistently friendly, prompt, and genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service. Although we moved to Springboro 14 years ago, we will continue to drive to Kettering to see Dr Fenton. Did I mention that he is an OSU fan and hands out the coolest glow-in-the-dark bouncy eyeballs? My kids love that about him!

Worst experience yet. The company's "system" has been down for a couple weeks now with no update as to when it will be back up. I've made probably 12 calls and had to wait on hold for hours at this point. Staff have been extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been hung up on (while being nice but apparently asked too many questions?), been repeatedly lied to, and still have no resolution. Oh, and the prescription I received for glasses is extremely off. Stay away!

Noticing that she doesn't have 5 stars I wanted to give my review. Dr. Andrea B. Dudley is a gem in the world of optometry. Her unparalleled personability makes every visit a delight, and her depth of knowledge ensures a comprehensive and informative experience. Despite any wait, Dr. Dudley's expertise and warm approach make it entirely worthwhile. I highly recommend her for anyone in search of an optometrist who truly cares about their patients.

I had a decent phone experience when I made the appointment, and they were polite when I came in for my appointment. However, I was first told that insurance was not going to cover a new pair of glasses for me, which I told them had to be incorrect because I was definitely due a new pair. They also told me that my prescription was completely different than my current one, and pressed me to make an additional $800 purchase for special lenses not covered by insurance. Eventually I was able to get them to call my insurance company and confirm that I was actually due a new pair of glasses. It has now been a month and a half with no glasses, and I have made multiple phone calls and been told that my glasses are not ready yet, and that there is something weird going on with my insurance and someone will definitely be giving me a call back in the next few hours. They were supposed to only take 3 weeks to come in. Nobody has called me back for the last week, and I am still without my glasses. I am now forced to find another eye doctor and wait even longer to be able to see properly.

Dr is very thorough and explains your eyes too you. Bianca helped us with ordering and was very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. Monique was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent sales person. Very personable. Appears to enjoy her job. Dr Gay was very thorough and explained everything to me. I ve been going to the Mack location for several years. I intend to continue.

I've been coming to Annapolis Vision Center for many years now. They are always friendly, kind and very thorough and I know I'm in the best hands when it comes to my eyes!! Dr. Doud is one of my favorites!!

Dr. Young and his staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. I felt very confident that I was getting the best care possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Young and his office to anyone who wants an exceptional optometrist.
