Dr. Anderson is a caring, professional practitioner. He really knows his medicine and really cares about his patients. He has treated me for Glaucoma for the past four years with great success. His office staff is great. Waiting time usually minimal.

If I could rate Dr. Rich 10 stars I would do so. My continuing visual improvement following my cataract surgeries 2 months ago is outstanding. I cannot believe how remarkably clear my vision has become. His surgical skills and staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful along the way. I was told he was the most skilled surgeon, the very Best and he certainly lived up to his reputation. Thank you.

She possess's a great bedside manner, shares information with the patient in a understandable way. And she has very steady hands!!

The second you walk in the door you feel like you are special and welcome. They are the nicest group of people and 100% there for you. I enjoy every minute of my time and walk out feeling cared for. They explain everything to you and do not pressure you at all. I tell them that I only want to pay my copay and nothing more so give me the frames that I can not pay out of pocket. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Ella is great! Always greeted immediately and with a smile. Dr. Ricks really takes his time reviewing and explaining everything with your exam. Great selection of eyewear! They always have something for my oversized head (really hard to find something that fits well). Overall great experience and always look forward to my annual exam!

I was set up to see for a detached retina on Thursday and Friday afternoon I got a call they I missed was out of room, no message was left and I was told that I would have a co-pay of 20 %. Of the procedure on day of surgery. And by doing this caused me to have to wait over weekend to schedule another appointment at a medical provider to perform my surgery, so I called Monday morning to cancel. I find out later that my secondary insurance was coming up inactive, this was easy to fix with a simple phone call. This should have been told at time of setting appointment.

The entire staff here is FANTASTIC but I can not say enough good things about Dr Ira Schachar!!! He is working with me as I have had 2 retinal detachments in my only good eye. He is doing everything in his power to save my vision. He TRULY cares. He also knows how high my anxiety is and understands that. It doesn't matter how often I call I am treated like family. I hope you never have to end up here but if you do, know you will have the best care. I will be glad when/if I ever don't need this place anymore but I will miss them!!!
