Wasted my 2hrs and gave me 3 different prices for a glasses exam. Screw yrself for hiring incompetent staffs. Go back & get a GED

I highly recommend Dr. peter Thomas. He has been doing my eye exams and taking care of my eyes for 5 years now. Recently my mother was having issue with her eyes watering and itching. She has insurance and had already gone to see two different doctors. Both prescribed drops that made her worse! After only a few minutes with Dr. Thomas he knew what she needed. She was feeling better he next day.

Dr. Sprowl is passionate about what he does and has years of experience taking care of people and their eyes. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Spowl and his staff and truly believe I'm getting the best care for my eyes. I wish Dr. Sprowl's ethic of care for his patients could be replicated across the spectrum of healthcare.

Poor customer service. Scheduling office changed our appointment multiple times. After several phone calls and email, they still get it wrong. No accountability.

Phil is great. Best selection of glasses in the metro. Outstanding service and caring staff too.

ENJOYED my visit to Houston Eye Associates. Staff is kind and helpful. Dr Klaff made me feel very comfortable. He explained each step. Was very patient during eye exam. I highly recommend this office. Everyone there puts effort into making you feel like more than a number.

Not all heroes wear capes! Some are called Miss Justine and Miss Noemi at EyeGlass World (Chula Vista, CA - Broadway location.) I called the stores frantic because my 6 year old daughter “broke” her glasses. Miss Noemi advised me to come into the store and they would try their best to repair. Luckily it was a tiny screw that needed replacement. Miss Justine was able to replace the screw and adjust my daughter’s glasses. These two ladies saved the day! And their gesture has gained them a Family of clients. You can tell when employees are happy and love what they do. Thank you so much to these lovely hardworking ladies.

Decent glasses at decent prices, but chronically understaffed so that wait times are ridiculous. If you have lots of time to kill it might be worth the frustration but I won't be using them again.

Dr Masi did cataract surgery on both my eyes and I could see beautiful. Dr Masi is an excellent Dr and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Dr. Malik to any of my family and friends. The staff was very kind and he is very caring to my problems. Many of my family members have had great results after Dr. Malik preforming cataract surgery on them. #1 ophthalmologist in Rockford!

My journey to find Dr. Oyakawa took while. Knowing that I needed cataract surgery, I was on a mission to find the right MD and office staff. My criteria was extensive...........the MD had to have outstanding credentials , board certification and performed cataract surgery for over 20 years. Additionally, the office and the staff had to be NICE, respectful and on time. (With an appointment, I wanted to be evaluated on time.) One day at bowling, my friend of many years and her husband showed up without glasses. As long as we had been friends they were never without their eyewear. At that point she described her perfect vision after cataract removal. She and her husband were patients of Dr. Ray's. So, I made an appointment to"see" if Dr. Ray and his staff we right for me. At the first visit, I had extensive testing by Dr. Ray and his assistant of 21 years Nidia. Dr. Ray showed me every image and explained in detail. The rest is history.......I have a new "lens" on life.
