Had a great experience with my exam and glasses. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and thorough with the exam highly recommend her for anyone looking for an exam. Norgin, Naila, and all the staff was very helpful. Will definitely be back year after year!

Cynthia was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Helped me find what I needed. She took the time to look up a certain frame in a different size. The store has a lot of frame variety. They even can convert sunglass frames in to regular frames. I'm very happy with my visit. Hopefully the final product is as good as the service was.

This is the first time I've gone to Visionworks and it was a great experience! I signed up for an appointment in which they sent me reminders. I arrived at my appointment, they had all my insurance information so I didn't have to worry about that. I saw Nicole Nguyen OD, and walked me through the exam. She was awesome. At the end she double checked everything and gave me the prescription then sent me to Cynthia. Cynthia had such patience with me going back and forth on frames as well as going over the pricing. I wish I could remember the other young lady who did my pre-screening, but she was wondering as well.

Referred by primary Doctor. First visit to this location. Large office staff friendly and professional. Dr Gupta immediately impressed me with her professionalism and friendly demeanor. She answered all my questions and at no time made me feel rushed.

I visited dr Gupta for an emergency, she was very patient and described the treatment procedure in details. With all the facts including side effects of surgery and concerns. I didn’t have insurance and lacking couple of other things. But she gave preference to my vision and quickly reserved a surgery center to provide best care. Dr. Gupta has bed side manners. I was comfortable and confident under her care. I would highly recommend dr Gupta👍🏻

I came with my fiancé and it was his first time having an exam. The doctor was helpful and understanding. He was glad he came when he could because he was having problems with his dry eyes. The doctor recommend him very good lubricating eye drops. He will becoming back for his yearly check up.

Absolutely amazing! Very friendly doctor and staff. They know what they are doing and will answer your questions. They also have very cute glasses. I will definitely be coming back.

Very horrible service. The doctor kept convincing my little brother to tell my mother to purchase glasses and since my brother said he only the prescription, the doctor kept raising her voice to my little brother when she was doing the eye check-up. Yelling is definitely not professional and therefore this doctor should not even be working on this field! I will never go there ever in my life!
