Excellent service. Staff very caring, courteous, and friendly. Most comprehensive eye exams available in our area. Highly recommend. Brought husband in for his first visit. He was also very impressed. Has kept me coming back for last 11 years. Husband will now visit them annually as well. Definitely A1.

Customer Service as Otay Ranch Eyeworks is the best. The Front desk Staff and the Optometrist are courteous and profession. My wife and I have never had a bad experience there. Honestly, I could not imagine going someplace else for my vision health or eyewear. Thank you Otay Ranch Eyeworks Optometry!

I was very happy with my visit. The facility is clean. They were very efficient but thorough. I got there 15 minutes early and they took me right in. I was getting my annual diabetic eye exam. A tech took me through all the testing machines and got me settled in the exam room and dilated my eyes. I was seen by the Dr. and given a clean bill of health. I would highly recommend them.

Dr John Ryu is amazing! Eye appointment was right on time. I had a very thorough eye exam. He explained everything in great detail. Got some sample contacts to try out before making a final decision. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be telling all my friends and family to go here. Highly recommended!

I received a very warm and kind welcoming. The service is very efficient. There was zero waiting time to be served. All my inquiries and concerns were answered. My next appointment is already in the making. Excellent and efficient staff.

From the first appointment to the follow up, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. Each employee is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Both Dr Thomas and Dr Shatz take their time to explain everything in depth. Their warmth and bedside manner are wonderful. The clinic and the operating areas are run so smoothly, are immaculate, and there wasn’t a moment where my needs weren’t met. The nurses in the OR are so kind and attentive. The procedure went smoothly as did follow up. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I highly recommend Sight Trust.

The staff are all great. Got my first ever eye exam and driving glasses set up perfectly. Veronica got me all set up with my pretty new glasses and she was great. Very happy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This happened a while ago around August of 2022 I went and had my usual exam and my vision insurance was running out the following month, so I had paid out of pocket for my glasses and opted to order contacts using the insurance as it was the cheaper option. They said the contacts were on back order and it would be a week or so before they came in. Well about a month passes around the end of September, I called to check in to see if they were ready and the receptionist had told me they were still on back order. I thought that was odd they were just normal contacts. Another month passes by and I call again toward middle of October and the receptionist says my contacts have been ready since the beginning of September and that they had "called" me to tell me they were ready. They ended up not calling me they called my father's phone number for some reason even though they still did have my correct phone number and didn't bother to check in when I obviously had not come in for months after they were ready. When I had called them the first time it was after the date that they had arrived, so for some reason the receptionist lied to me and said they were not there. I was obviously quite mad and politely asked the receptionist if I could speak to a supervisor to see what went wrong, and the receptionist hung up on me! I called back again and asked her again and she just put me on hold, I ended up going into the office myself and talking to the manager (who was very nice given the situation I will say). On top of all of this, the insurance was never billed for the contacts since by the time I was able to get the actual contacts due to them not informing they were there - so I was never able to get them covered though insurance and ended up wasting my insurance coverage. DO NOT go here.
