I don’t really give reviews or five stars but Dr. Joo is absolutely the best eye doctor. She’s very thorough and explains everything. She makes sure I have all my questions answered and really patient. If I have concerns, she makes sure to address them. I can’t express how amazing she is. The staff has been great as well. Always helpful and answers my calls promptly. I highly recommend De Anza Vision Center.

I visited this place to get an eyeglasses. The staff/sales offered limited options about eyeglasses (only two styles). Color is also limited. I don't know if this place is lack of eyeglass inventory or just say so? Additionally, the sales continued to promote their attachable sunglasses (additional charge). After I declined such offer, the sales advised I will get cataracts if not buy such device. Without any medical background, it is unprofessional and unethical to provide such (any) medical advice. Without buying sunglasses, the customer will get cataracts. How can you say such words? I really don’t like the service for the recent visits. It definitely gives me the impression that this place tries to push customers to accept higher price merchanise and also ignore the professional standard without considering customer's feedback.

I requested an appointment online and shortly got a call after to schedule. My insurance was checked in advance and any copays were explained to me. The day of the appointment, I was attended in a timely and courteous manner. Dr. Joo was very thorough in my checkup and exam and explained everything to me thoroughly, making sure I didn't have any more questions. Would recommend, very good price-value.

Please check Yelp page which has many more reviews for this office. I had a job interview with this office's doctors on 9/26 and received the employment offer on 9/27. I responded within 30 mins and sent follow up emails in the following days. The person I was working with, Gloria, said she never received my initial response (in addition to my other two emails sent.) I also left 2-3 voicemails over the course of a week and a half, also receiving no response there. Today (two weeks after initial email), I had to email the main doctors' office email and all of a sudden, I hear from Gloria! How convenient. If a doctor's office is willing to delay, not respond, ignore potential employee that they actually wanted - consider how they might treat a patient. the reviews on Yelp persistently mention long waiting times, irresponsible office staff, neglect, and my personal experience can verify these claims. Treat your potential employees and patients better than you currently do.

Dr. Xie provided the best care for my cataract surgery on the last month. He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him to my friends.

With my grandma’s negative outcome from her cataract extraction ending in blindness, and my past experience with anesthesia sensitivity, my apprehension was high as I was being prepared for surgery. Thank God for Dr Shieh’s reassuring voice, outstanding skill and professionalism. He and his entire team have been there like Angels. Both my eyes got done with no problem. Awesome service. The staff was wonderful and they made the process of becoming a new patient very enjoyable. Dr. Dinh was amazing! She made everything very easy to understand. The optician Alex was super friendly and helped me pick out a pretty cool pair of glasses. Overall I give this office a 10 out of 10 :)

I am so appreciative of all the help I get from the staff and Dr. Dinh at Optometry 20/20. They take really great care of you. On a whim, I reached out to them about getting screws for my loupes. Lo and behold, the lovely ALEX was able to find replacement screws to connect my light to my loupes in a jiffy. Who would have thought! Thanks girl! All in all, I would recommend this optometry office to anyone. Amazing! 10/10!

They were pretty bad with customers, always in a rush and trying to push things I didn't ask for. Didn't feel like they cared about why I was there. Then, they wanted to charge me more than double for a contact lenses exam. My bad for not checking the cost beforehand, but I've been using VSP insurance for over 5 years, so I know the usual eye exam fee. It seemed like they were just all about rushing me through and making a quick buck. Plus, they made me take off my test lenses when I said no to their crazy expensive contact lenses.
