Staff disconnected, they change all the time. My husband and I were not able to get our vaccination bc they were not entering the info correctly in the computer and were asking us to Pat $200 each when I was speaking to my private insurance and they were telling me the vaccination was covered by then

Was extremely rude. Poor customer service and I’ve changed eye Dr’s since. The first time I went to him, I thought maybe he was having a bad day but I went back the year after and I got the same treatment. It was like he hated life and everyone in it. My husband got the same treatment as well. We now go to a Dr that’s helpful and friendly

My experience with LensCrafters North Hills and associate Hannah was simply AMAZING. She was very caring and thoughtful, going above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was happy with my eyewear. Even sped up the delivery of my order. The first-class level of service was a breath of fresh air and instantly won me over. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair.

Dr. Casden is the best and so nice! Entire staff is patient, sweet, and very thorough.

*** Update I'm updating the rating from 1 to 3 of my own accord. Myeyedr Corp customer service was nice enough to call me back and apologize for their employees unfortunate behavior as well as explain the reason for closing the store. They agreed that they will work with the IT to fix the technology issues so other customers won't face the same issues in future. Wish I could give a no-star review. I have been to this store 3 times now only to find them closed. When you call the store number to check hours of operations, the automated system sends a link to your website for hours. That web page is not updated to reflect local situation. So you go to the store and it is closed. This happened to me few months ago and then again yesterday and today. The phone system doesn't have a recorded prompt with updated hours either. This can be fixed very easily with decades old technology yet they haven't done anything in months. While I was leaving today after seeing the closed sign, I saw an employee walk out. I tried to plead with her that I was there to pick up my glasses and this was my second day to see the closed sign but she refused to talk to me, She just walked away and told me to come back again tomorrow. Since she had walked away from me, I had to raise my voice so she can hear me at which point she yelled at me "don't talk to me like that". If she had simply taken the time to listen to my situation, there wouldn't have been any escalation. I have been a customer for over 10 years but the level of customer service and lack of empathy is just unbelievable. I will be taking my business somewhere else now.

Good-hearted, kind folk who genuinely care about their clients, in the way people simply don't anymore. If you miss that sort of service like I do, you won't go anywhere else for optometry. Thanks owed to Gia and Dr. Wofchuck!

Drs. Ratner & Cassel have been taking care of me & my eyes for over 20 yrs. They are the BEST. They have done everything from routine exams to cataract surgery, etc. Dr. Ratner 'caught' my wet md so early that she saved my eyesight! They are both professional and compassionate.

Reasonable wait time on most visits. Excellent explanation of all treatments. This is definitely what has kept my vision over the last dozen years. Thanks
