I have been going to this Optometry for many years for annual eye exams for myself and family. The doctor is very patient and takes her time in doing tests explaining what is being done. Never feel rushed here. I have also bought prescription glasses a few times. The support staff is very helpful and doesn't pressurize in making a quick decision. Very professional front desk staff. The only drawback is that there is a limited collection of frames with them.

Their team is excellent, and they really took care of me! I ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses with my upgraded prescription back in January 17. The lab that makes the lenses was having issues getting my prescription fitted to one of my frames … More

They would not see my father, because he has auto immune issues. This prevents him from getting the most recent booster, however, he has been vaccinated. We have been going there for over 10 years, we will never go there again! Beware

Best place to get your cataracts surgery and your eyes check

I was extremely happy with my appointment at BH Eye Care from the moment I walked into the office. I was received with warm greetings and my appointment was on time. I had eyes tested and needed glasses and contact lenses. The Optometrist was very skilled in figuring out replacement lenses with the shape of my eyes. When contacts were received an appointment was made for fitting and amazingly the fit was perfect with no adjustment necessary. I would, recommend, as I already have done, a great experience to those who are needing established eye care ... You will not be disappointed.

Life is so good when you can see clearly. I was having a hard time seeing far and near. The doctor really took his time during the examination to dial in my prescription and explain my eyesight problems. The doctor made sure I was happy seeing clearly with contact lenses. All the staff was polite.

I don’t write reviews but I saw something at my recent year end check up that I need to share. Dr. Ban always has the latest high tech instruments to enhance his services beyond getting his patients fitted with the right glasses aligned perfectly to their unique faces. While we are going through this crazy COVID-19 pandemic, he invested in the latest medical grade high resolution camera that can take clear and magnified pictures of the retinas. With this new tool, he is able to catch problems that would have go unnoticed until there’s no option left but surgery (like retina detachments - a co-worker of mine is recovering from this surgery...this could have been avoided if caught earlier). I saw my retinas from all angles in great details for the first time during my visit! I know this is able to be done using that unpleasant way to keep your pupil dilated but a picture says a thousand words and you actually can see for yourself and make the right decisions as needed to prevent further damage to your eyes on the spot with certainty. So don’t forget to get your eyes checked, especially when all of us (including the little ones) are spending more hours in front of the computer at home. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Very kind staff and optometrist is super super sweet, she’s great ~~ I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and they never failed to help me. I remember when it was my high school graduation and I literally came 30mins before my graduation drop-in and they helped me quickly eye check and get my contacts (I ran out of contacts...). Great people ~~ Just remember to treat others with respect and patience and you’ll get that back in return.

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and every time I come in, it’s a great experience. The staff is friendly and informative, the optometrist is very friendly and informative and patient. I love coming here. (:

Older building can have a little attention but overall ok. Older folks run the business which makes it interesting I'm thinking it's family oriented. Good prices on glasses.
