Older building can have a little attention but overall ok. Older folks run the business which makes it interesting I'm thinking it's family oriented. Good prices on glasses.

My mom went to see Dr. Sandy Chen today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Chen spoke fluent Mandarin and English which was very helpful. She was extremely kind and the best experience my mom has had. Thank you Dr. Chen! Would highly recommend.

I have found Dr. Alexander Lee to be an outstanding Glaucoma Specialist. I have been seeing him regularly since 2015. He performed two surgeries, both of which were successful. My eyes are stable, thanks to his successful management and instructions. He sees me every three months. I am very grateful for his competence.

Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and explains every single test. He makes sure the patient is comfortable and answers all questions. The front office staff is very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for such amazing customer service

My experience with Dr. Nguyen was significantly better than my last optometrist. Don’t get me wrong my last place had good service but Dr. Nguyen had a personal touch that my last place didn’t provide. He also explained how my eyes have been affected and what options he has that can help me the best. I had questions that he was more than happy to answer for me. Overall, I had a really great experience with him because I left being able to see more clearly both with vision and a better understanding of my own eyes.

It had been over a year since I had my last eye exam, and I was convinced that the last doctors prescribed incorrectly. They said I was -1 in my right eye and -1.75 in my left. I went for an exam at Target yesterday, and left with a -2 in my right and -2.5 in my left. It was so validating to actually see again with a proper exam. Currently waiting for my new lenses to come in with the right prescription. Such a relief.

So great to come back to an excellent physician and professional individual well versed and trained in his profession! Support staff was great to deal with as well - very courteous and professional. I appreciate Dr. Contreras level of expertise, gracious share of his time, and knowledge. I look forward to next year's visit!

I had been misdiagnosed at the emergency room and had been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Once I explained my situation they made sure to fit me into their already busy schedule as a new patient ASAP. Dr. Contreras & his medical team were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Contreras quickly made me feel at ease. I felt confident that I was receiving expert care I especially loved how Dr. Contreras took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend.

Customer service is terrible. The front desk does not greet patients, the appointment times are not honored. Additionally, when you call to get information on charges, reps on phone again lack basic customer service. When my elderly parents asked for their after visit summary, they were told they each had to pay $25. Frankly, quite ludicrous to have to pay for an after visit summary. I’ve never encountered this fee. Terrible service, unfriendly staff who clearly don’t like working in the office.
