It was a good visit he is always super friendly. He helped me get a pair of glasses bent that I got online and checked to make sure they were correct. Team members working were very polite and friendly.

I originally had given 1 star because of an initial bad experience. However, when Dr Jenny saw it, she immediately reached out and made everything right. That goes a long way these days! It's getting more and more rare for people to care about an upset customer. She really cares and shows it.

I had retinal surgery at Dr. Chen's clinic in 2025. Before the surgery, Dr. Chen's attitude was very good, but after the surgery, his attitude changed drastically. He became impatient if I asked him a few more questions. The worst part is that there was no difference between before and after the surgery. I don't understand why so many people still go to him. This doctor has no medical ethics. Look at the comments section, most of them are bad reviews with only one star. Please check carefully before making a decision.

This is the only optometrist I feel comfortable going to. Every other doctor I've seen can never get my prescription right, and when I bring up that my eyes are different prescriptions, they refuse to listen! But he balances them perfectly and explains the whole process to you while he does it!!

Dr Bui is knowledgeable, professional and caring. That is a great combination for any doctor to have. I like her thoroughness and her willingness to answer questions in an informative manner. I highly recommend Dr. Bui!

My experience today went really well. I thought the nurses were polite and friendly and lead me through my exam. The eye doctor was friendly and helpful as well. She politely told me about how my eyes had changed. I’ll be back again for future appointments.

I have been going to My Eye Doctor for several years now. Both Dr. Etienne and Dr. Keck are great. Very caring and always ready to answer any questions. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, caring and helpful.
