I had my first appointment yesterday and am thrilled with the service I received. Dr. Thich is an amazing optometrist. She answered all of my questions and her staff was incredibly patient as it took me 45 minutes to put contacts in the first time. The lovely lady at the first desk (forgive me, I forget her name) even went as far as taking out her own contact lenses and putting them back in while I watched. I am a visual learner, so this helped me get it almost immediately afterward. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

I am a new patient to AccuVision Optometry and couldn't be happier! Dr. Thich is very kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. I would also like to give thanks to Stephanie in the front office. She is so pleasant and gives great customer service. I appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment and she gave me a lot of help when ordering contacts and glasses. Very happy with everything! Would highly recommend their services. Many thanks!

First time without dialated eyes as a contact user for 30 years. It was a much better experience. The extra $39 was well worth it because my vision was not blurred doing the eye exam.

Always had the greatest experiences there. I sadly left San Francisco 10 years and I have never had a better eye health care then Eye Gotcha. Greg is fantastic and so was the rest of the staff. I had visited here twice and both times they were able to fix my broken glasses but there was no charge. Very sweet and caring staff! I highly recommend!

Super nice, patiently explained procedures, Dr. Aguilar took great care of me during my cataract surgery. Staff is exceptional - kind, never in a hurry or bored to be talking to me.

Dr. Aguilar and his team helped us on our honeymoon trip. my wife had blurred vision in one eye. she was very scared and we went to see dr aguilar. He and all his team treated us very kindly and professionalism. Thank you very much!

My wife has had issues with her eye's a couple times. She was seen by Dr. Aguilar who was very caring, compassionate and able to help. This is what visiting a Dr. should be like!

Dr. Chang is great. He is very flexible to work with. Brought in my old favorite Polo frames for new prescription and there was a flaw or defect in the left lense. He immediately orders me a new set of lenses for it. Even my wife and kids are his patients now. Great office staff, Ms. Rina and Ms. Stella. UPDATE: Dr. Brad Chang never disappoints. Great service, selection and pricing!! Always "service with a smile." Zeiss lenses are great.
