I'm impressed with the equipment used for my eye exam. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. And the office is within a mile of my home!

I was told a different total then what I ended up paying, Dr isn’t even in the office and she doesn’t bother taking her time with her clients to make sure they’re getting what they need.

Dr. Peter Thomas has been my doctor for years, before even at his location. Great and friendly staff. He found issues with my eye and I had to go to Bascolm for further treatment. They praised him there for the care he took with me. Hands down would recommend him.

Megan gave us excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are many choices for glasses. This was the easiest experience I've had picking out glasses. I'm really picky with glasses.

I have gone to Dr Robinson my whole adult life. I don't think there could be any other Dr. That could give a more professional or more thorough eye exam. I would highly recommend him to anyone !

Had a first time visit today for my 10 yo son. Henry was great, funny and so easy going. Dr Harron was so patient and helpful. Stephanie helped with the checkout and gave me a lot of good information. I was in and out for a whole new exam and buying glasses in only 1 hour. SO thrilled I found them :)

Only great news to share about the team :) My mom had come for to do eye surgery for her left eye to improve her vision a couple years back and she had such a great surgery experience , she came back to meet with the team when she found she had vision loss on the right one due to wear (fashion machine specialist require eyesight to focus on sampling miniature design). Evelyn was super welcoming and was able to navigate us through the eye health assessment, the options we could take to address the wear, the financial options and program to support each solution and the time and requirements each solution would require before, during and after the surgery for my mom and the family. They also allocated all the time we needed to ensure we were educated on the results of the assessment and feel comfortable choosing a solution with them. The day of the surgery was quick, easy and efficient. Other items to highlight- 1 - team works weekdays and weekends 2 - office and equipment is really clean and sanitary 3 - office team, financial office team, consultation team and surgery team are all really nice and approachable 4 - resource offered to walk us through the process are really great (booklets and in person require check ups) 5 - they have staff who can navigate the process in Spanish as well 6 - Doctor and team are well known and doing a lot of amazing work in their field Definitely reach out to Evelyn and team if you have any questions or concerns :)

Been coming a long time, these are nice people they take care of these patients. Highly recommend by my whole family check them out they really know glasses and eyes... and hospitality

I usually don't give bad reviews, but I was not satisfied with the service I received. I understand that a new computer system slows processing, but every employee struggled with entering anything and spent 10 minutes working with a trainer to work. But I was really disappointed with the service afterward. My first pair of glasses was okay, but my second one was never sent. I had to call every week or every day to find out what was happening because no one would call me back. Finally, it was determined they submitted my glasses to the wrong laboratory because my insurance did not pay for my second pair. Finally, after two months, I have my glasses, and to be honest, I am not crazy about the prescription because I do not feel I see better with them. I am shopping for a new eye doctor in the future.
