Perfect experience. Communication was excellent before and after the appointment, all costs were explained to me beforehand, and the optometrist really made sure to take time to answer all my questions. Could not recommend more!

I've been going to Loop for over 5 years, and even drive over from Oakland during COVID because Dr. May and Darin are so wonderful. Darin is exceedingly helpful and always super friendly. Dr. May is thorough, quick, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Ester apparently avoided my calls because she actually “never placed the order” as she cried into the telephone. No glasses for my trip (ordered 4 weeks in advance), avoid this place and this incompetent cry-baby. Big loss for me.

Amazing place, great staff. Unfortunately there was a crazy witch with a b in there threatening a worker bc she is trying to go on a trip or something but not the staffs fault theres just plenty of racist karens there. If you get a chance please go and check out their vinyl frames!

Friendly staff and throughout check with Dr Jones. He also offered temporary sunglasses after pupil dilation. Recommend it.
