I had a very disappointing experience with Wills Eye Hospital. The customer service is extremely poor. Be prepared to spend a very long time waiting on the phone just to reach someone. If you leave a voicemail requesting a callback, don't expect to hear back for at least two days. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of follow-up from the surgery coordinator. After being told someone would contact me to schedule my surgery, I never received a call and had to repeatedly follow up myself. For a hospital with such a strong reputation, the administrative and scheduling process is unacceptable. The medical care may be excellent, but the patient service and communication are terrible. If you value timely communication and efficient scheduling, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

Dr. Zamora's team did a great job prepping me for the Dr., and Dr. Zamora was very quick yet friendly. You are going to love the waiting room; go early so you can relax before your appointment.

Ricky and his team are amazing. I went somewhere else because it was closer and it was a painful process. Ricky and his team are fast and efficient. It takes me 30 minutes to go there and I pass all the Greensboro Walmarts and all the opticians in town to get there but I know he's not going to bs me and he takes care of me. I've been going there since I worked there in 2015 and it's been 5 years since I worked at Walmart and I still go there. Highly recommend

Lately I've been spending a lot of time here I've got numerous appointments set up for the future and have so far had many I got a lot of nice things to say the staff there is for the most part very friendly the doctors are as well it's scheduling is a little difficult I know they're busy and they not much they can do about that other than that the hospital is very well put together he's got a lot of good equipment and so far has helped me I'm just hoping they can get all my vision back so I can keep doing these wonderful reviews for Google Maps but I got some pictures here attached just for you guys to take a look at you'll see the size of the campus from these pictures mostly it is very big and has several structures not to mention a wonderful View it does have a valet parking so you know and it also has a pharmacy that's down on the first floor it also has plenty plenty of handicap parking in the parking ramp next door to the building which is free it is tough finding a parking spot though if you're not handicapped for the most part but other than that it does have a I believe five story tall parking structure also eat fish with an elevator and if you are going to visit the dentist office there they do have and if you're on Medicare they do have free rides to and from the office that bills Medicare

Every doctor’s office should run things as efficiently and organized… 1:30 appointment and they see me at 1:30. No wait, no magazines from 2012 to look over… I’m in. From the time they started to the time I walked out, the only waiting I did was to wait for my eyes to fully dilate. And when I was finished, my contacts that were ordered on my last visit were waiting for me along with my printed invoice. Appreciate the expertise, the teamwork and that way they moved everything along without wasting my time like most doctor’s offices. I recently HAD to change eye doctors after 20 years because of a change in my insurance. I would have gladly changed a long time ago had I known that this was the alternative.

Excellent overall experience and service, from the exam to the doctor and the gal that helps you decide on a pair of glasses. I already knew which ones I liked and they will give they're honest opinion on them. Mine were a go! Thank you team and I can't wait to get my glasses!

Professional, polite, efficient staff. Only thing that disappointed me was not many eyeglass frame choices for those on Medicaid (Pres. CentenialCare)

If you need a great group for optometry services come here. Dr. Spencer, Anastasia, and Robby were amazing when I saw them. On time, polite, and very helpful. I'll keep coming back, year after year.
