Being back after being way a few years, receptionist was super sweet as always and assisted with me rescheduling and ordering my contacts. She always makes it feel like home. My family goes to this office as well…. They have been there more often than I have and the care they provide is always exceptional.

This office is efficient. The wait is never long because the staff starts moving the process along shortly after you walk in. Dr. Bhat has a wonderful bedside manner. I always come away feeling confident about his review of my glaucoma status. He seems to highly respected by his colleagues around Orange County as well, which is even more assuring.

I was very pleased and at ease with how Dr. Bhatt performed surgery on my eyes. He is very professional and patient. I appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions and give me suggestions about choosing the right type of lens. He did an exceptional job!! The office is extremely clean. Parking is plenty with easy access. The wait time is short. All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Maria and Connie. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhatt to my family, friends, or anyone who has any eye issue conditions. You will be pleased with the team and the care he provided.

Dr. Bhatt is an exceptional doctor. He and his entire staff are very professional and really listen to concerns from their patients, which make them approachable and easy to trust. All of them are very kind and knowledgeable and treat everyone with dignity. I would refer anyone to him in a heartbeat.

Extremely unprofessional.
On the recommendation of my eye specialist, have a family history of glaucoma, scheduled an appointment.
After two very detailed visits, two of the doctors there confirmed that I DID NOT HAVE GLAUCOMA, and should do another check up in a couple of years.
I was also due for cataract surgery .
They were very persistent with this and also to schedule a date for the pre-op.
Fortunately, found another doctor closer to home, and decided to proceed with him for my cataract surgery.
I WAS ASTOUNDED AND SCHOCKED that during my first visit, the Doctor immediately noticed early onset of Glaucoma and AMD. This was confirmed during my second visit and immediately prescribed eye drops.
Fortunately, because I needed cataract surgery, this was picked up, or I would have waited for two years, and the glaucoma progression would have been terrible.
Complete lack of profession, in my attempt to contact Dr. Sinchai’s office.
Totally unprofessional .

I believe the doctor and eye exam deserve 5 stars but as we know in a customer service-based business, your first impression is the front office. New to this office and my new insurance, I went in for a cataract exam. Thankfully my eyes are not bad enough to warrant surgery. I know my insurance doesn't pay much but I feel I was not given any information on the follow up. I need a new set of prescription reading glasses, that's what I was told by the ophthalmologist but was never given any prescription or follow up option. I come to find out after calling their office (very difficult to get a hold of a live person), I was told that if I needed a prescription, I would have to schedule another appointment and depending on the prescription, I may have to pay out of pocket. That's fine but I wish they would have told me before. It really is about reimbursement but if you're the patient, it really is about good customer service. I can pay out of pocket; I just wasn't told what I needed to do. We learn by our mistakes and hopefully this complaint is helpful for the next patient needed good follow up. Oh, I was offered eye drops and eye relief mask which I purchases. Thank you

My mom and I went in for her cataracts. The ENTIRE staff were very friendly and professional from the beginning first visit, all the way through the surgery, and all follow up appointments. Thank you dr Sinchai for being patient and answering ALL our questions. The staff was very knowledgeable and calm. We appreciated their safety during these COVID times, and they kept their promise to keep us safe and not anxious. They delivered, and the surgery was a success.

First appointment setup, called day of appointment to advise of traffic and accident present in route prior to leaving point of origin. Advised them would likely be 15 min late, was told to come. Arrived 15min into appointment was told to reschedule. This after 1.5 hours or driving to get there. So it is ok to turn back customers that have multiple young kids in the car waiting due to your inconsistent statements for 15min delay that the Dr won't wait for, but it is OK for every medical facility including this one to book 4 or 5 appointments at the same time and have people wait in rooms for the Dr for 1hr.. apparently the only time that is valuable is yours. I was told by the lady at the front she spoke and verified with the Dr Ashraf Ahmad to see if he would still take us but that he refused. Not sure I believe her, nevertheless this is unprofessional at the least, looking elsewhere for real care

Dr. Keller is amazing! After being misdiagnosed by another doctor who basically told me the issue with my one eye was "old age." I saw doctor Keller and he diagnosed my problem as "over use of contact lenses" which was causing thinning of my cornea. He prescribed drops and I stopped wearing my contacts for a few months and it fixed my problem. I am back to wearing contacts, I have just cut back on how many hours I wear them during the week. His staff is friendly and very professional. I did have to wait a while to be seen, but it was well worth the wait!

Staff here are very friendly and I like Dr. Terada however, I have a disappointing experience with this office. This is my first time getting contacts and I have had a very difficult time getting the right prescription. It has been two months and 6 visits and I still don’t have the right contact prescription and it took about a month to get my new glasses. I wish Dr. Terada had taken more care originally to make sure I got the right prescription. So -2 stars for time wasted but 3 stars for friendly and accommodating staff.
