It's a 2 persons business. Exam is very fast, less than 20 mins - either it's very efficient or not as thorough since I didn't get dilated nor did any visual field test. Glasses recommended are on the expensive side and they upsell the extras. Average experience.

Went here for the first time for a routine contact lens exam. The doctor has a lot of experience and was really nice and welcoming. She was thorough and efficient in her exam. She even provided some great advice for my daily eye care. There was a cute little dog that was welcoming in the waiting area. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kim was amazing! She made me feel welcome and at ease. She saw me 10 minutes early and I was in and out in less 20 minutes. She addressed all my concerns and was very friendly and nice to speak to. I also appreciated the dog in the office as it makes me fell very calm. Can't wait to pick up my glasses!

When it comes to their glasses/ lenses warranty, I have been waiting for the replacement lenses 6 weeks, still not received the lenses at the beginning of 7th week. The eyeglasses is for my kid who is in school. Their office said it takes 2 weeks for the claim, 3 weeks for production and delay delivery due to “holidays”. So, one year has 12 months and you will wait for your glasses / lenses more than 1 month. Also, if your frame is discontinued, they will not replace your frames. Last year ,only a couple months after I bought the frame , my frame is “ discontinued”. In brief , when it comes to warranty, expect the long wait or denial. Update : Mariah in their office is very helpful and understanding. She did her best to resolve the problems. Still not get the lenses at the end of 7th week but feel like Mariah is working on it.

Hello everyone, they lack professionalism and credibility. He made an appointment for my son after four days, and after taking all the information and four hours before the appointment, they called me and told me that they were unable to serve. I do not recommend them. They waste your time For nothing.

Got a love this place has amazing customer service and a huge selection of options I met the owner is on had an exam here and they were very easy with you or got two pairs of sunglasses in a prescription glasses and I definitely highly recommend this place in Oakland

Wow! Dr. Alec was soooo thorough that he performed tests that I’ve never had done before and I’ve been getting eye exams for over 20 years. Dr. Alec is patient, makes you feel comfortable, and keeps you informed throughout the entire exam. Will be returning for sure! Thank you again!

I believe Dr Nam is a good surgeon, but the day before my surgery I was told to come for tests for my surgery at the Oakland office because the machine was broken at the Surgery Center ( the test was normally taken right before the surgery at the Surgery Center) I was asked for a $40 copay, I told the receptionist isn’t that included in the surgery it’s not my fault the machine was broken, she said no. I said ok I’ll pay but it isn’t right! I had the surgery came back in and was asked for another copay, I was told I wasn’t in the time scan. I left! Good Doctor, dishonest receptionist!
