I have been a patient of this office for many many years. I see Dr. Rogers and could not be more pleased with my care. He has been very responsive to my concerns. I highly recommend this office.

Use any other optical centre from a different Sam’s Club!! I’ve had my glasses done at the Sam’s club optical centre more than a couple of times! And tbh I’ve never had a problem before today. I ordered my glasses around 2 weeks ago. Maria gave me an excellent service and I honestly left really happy with the experience! I went to pick them up on Monday and they had a chipped at the bottom, and I asked them to fix it. Lucia was almost annoyed for me asking to get it fix… she then told me to come back in a couple of days after they re-polish them. Today, I came back to pick them up and they didn’t even say good morning. Both Lucia and Maria were extremely dismissive and rude. I asked them to allow me for a second to check them out (to see if it was fixed) and they didn’t even acknowledged me. Then when I said that they were ok, Maria just said to take them. Once I started to pick everything up; she got annoyed when I took everything, Paperwork included!! well I didn’t know I only had to take the case and wipes, as she didn’t say anything else.. The whole interaction left me with a bad feeling and I’ll definitely won’t be using the services from this specific store again TLTR: I received my NEW glasses with a chipped and when I asked to get them fix, both ladies got an attitude!

Dr. Gosses has been my family's optometrist for over 30 years. He is simply...a treasure. He is unfailingly friendly and courteous and professional. His passion is amazing. When he sets about an exam, you know he is doing it for the millionth time. There can't help but be a feeling of endless repetition. But you would never know it. His happiness in, and dedication to his work comes easily and naturally and has remained steadfast for the 30 plus years I've known him. His knowledge and expertise are obvious as well. I like to understand everything and he has never failed to to thoroughly and enthusiastically entertain every question. Dr. Gosses could teach the entire medical community what it means to serve the patient and take joy in your work. I pray he has a long and healthy life and practice. (For his sake and ours, because there's no replacing him.) Just FYI - you might know that his office partner, Dr. Reichhardt, is also his daughter. And while I have not seen her as a patient, all indications are that in many of these same fine qualities, the apple did not fall far from the tree.) 10 Stars.

Great people and doctor is super

The exam itself was wonderful. The doctor was simple, straightforward, and informative. I went in to get contacts, and the person helping me not only offered to help by giving me a visual of his own contacts, but was amazingly informative, helpful, and encouraging throughout. The monthly contacts I plan to get (that I currently have a one week trial for) feel amazing and are extremely easy to take care of.

Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Innovative technology, great support and a desire to grow the telehealth model have all helped in my decision to bring EyecareLive into my practice. I expect it's use to continue to grow as patients accept this virtual mode of resolving some of their healthcare issues.

This is the best experience! Dr. Shao is so nice and knowledgeable. She makes sure to go through every specific detail of the patient and we are so happy with the glasses we got! Hung was also really helpful and gave us lots of professional advices when we were choosing glasses. This is the best experience I can get from a vision exam!

My whole family saw Dr. Stefanidis few weeks ago. The office was clean. The staff and the doctor were extreme nice and professional. We will definitely come back again.
