i went to this walmart vision center and as soon as i Walked in the older blond hair Lady alredy had a mean face she look like she didn't want to be there i explain to her that i had my own frame and right away she gave me a sad excuse how they couldn't do my glasses and told me to go to royal vision so i left and i called Branford walmart and i explain how i got my own frame and they were really nice and told me to bring them in they even gave me compement on my glasses and a week later i had my glasses with no problem branford walmart i give them 5 ⭐ if you ever go to this vision center don't ever have that blond hair lady take care of you she rude and very unprorofessional she needs to retired ill NEVER COMING TO THIS WALMART VISION CENTER EVER AGAIN 👎🏽👎🏽

Was able to get in right away with an eye injury. Staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was quick to find the problem and treated me accordingly. My only concern was she didn't explain what she was doing because she used medical terms I wasn't familiar with. I had to say, "Can you please explain what you just said." I know I was squeezed in but I definitely felt rushed. Having said that, my eye issue resolved quickly. I can deal with the rest because I felt I was getting excellent care.

Wonderful office with great staff and the most awesome collection of glasses! I did things a little backwards - selected my glasses first and then had my eyes examined. This is because I was super excited to try all the beautiful pairs of glasses!! With glasses picked out, I had my eyes examined. I was very impressed with how Dr. Nguyen really took time out to examine my eyes and answer all my questions! Highly recommend Heights Vision!

My favorite place for glasses. Joanie is great! You will find Gorman to be your new favorite spectacle shop as well.

According to what's supposed to be open on Saturdays, I arrived today, Saturday, and it's closed. Please fix your hours.

Having had laser done in my eye made me never want to do it again but Windy City Retina - Ankit Desai, MD changed mmt attitude towards this. Friendly staff, clean office and Dr. Desai was very informative, patient and did the procedure painlessly. Definitely visit, you won't be disappointed

EXCELLENT!! Dr. Sharp is a fantastic optometrist and is very knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and addresses them in a professional and caring manner. Best "bedside" manners of any doctor I've ever met. He is super easy to work with and gives you all available options for you to choose which is best for you. I highly recommend Dr. Sharp!

Unprofessional and indifferent. Took a few days to get a hold of them on the phone. I got connected and was disconnected while on hold. Called again, and the receptionist talks to other patients and staff while putting me on hold, I try to her what information she needed but then I get completely unheard. Office booked for a few months out so they don’t seem to care about new patients. I will go to another office.

My 16 yrs. old daughter had her yearly exam with Dr. Moore and had a great experience. She also had a great training session from the contacts tech on first time usage. My whole family enjoys their yearly appointments. The staff is very proficient, all optometrist are highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of a wait, but that was fine with the amount of patients. Will recommend their services.
