I’ve been going to Dr. Lyon since I moved to Newport 8 years ago and he’s been great! I have dye eye, and am a glaucoma suspect as it runs in the family and he’s very good about checking on those things to ensure I’m in the best shape. His bedside manner is excellent, and I’d highly recommend him.

Our experience with Dr. Kim has been exuberant, my son has been here since 2011, and he has given us hope that his vision would soon be 20/20 before reaching adult age and now it has come true! His attitude to his job is very professional and he always looks forward to being here every day to help out his patients in accomplishing their goal which is to have perfect vision. Honestly he has been the best Optometrist I've been too and now continue to bring my girls here with him because I know that my daughter's vision will be perfect the same as my son and with the help of his staff, which are very friendly! I recommend you come here and give a visit to Dr. Kim as he will help your vision and you can live a happy life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ervin’s for several years. He and his staff are all wonderful. The staff is professional, caring and very efficient. Dr. Ervin is a very good doctor. He listens to you and answers your questions. These are things I like in a doctor.

Fantastic experience. Thank you Brian and Sean for making the process clean and easy for me. As a person new to this process, I had been avoiding it all thinking it would be more complex. Brian and his team were extremely happy to serve and share insight when picking the frames. Also, they did a great job of explaining the technology related to the lenses and expectations related to care of my eyewear. After ordering my frames, they called me a few days later to my surprise to let me know everything had come in ahead of schedule. Of course this makes the experience even that much more pleasant. I appreciate you folks. Keep it going. If you are looking for enthusiasm with your service and subject matter experts, please give Brian a shot. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful experience! Staff was professional, caring and I felt well cared for. Dr Destafeno was the best! Can’t wait to do my other eye!

The only thing I had a problem with was, they ONLY did the prescriptions, NOT the glasses. Other than that, loved it. They were VERY thorough with the eye exam. Will be goin back

I arrived @ 8am for emergency, I was told by the staff that they do not offer emergency treatment! I was disappointed after driving 1/2 hour to get there because it clearly indicates it on line and the decal on window as shown in picture Staff gave me a phone number to call for after hour emergencies, and it turned out to be an answer service which indicated that my call will not be returned until the next business day (to is Saturday) So I’m now sitting in a ER waiting to be examined for my eye injury The place -bathroom was very clean organized and front desk staff was professional

Everyone is just so sweet here! But Sarah helped me the most in the most kindest ways every she made sure I understood everything!!! Sarah definitely needs a raise, she is just so helpful! Will be coming back here.😄💕🥰 …

Michelle the PSC (patient service coordinator) is PHENOMENAL!!! She’s has extraordinary customer service skills, personable, and very knowledgeable about anything and everything you could need whether appointments, exams, contacts, glasses or what kind of contacts and glasses you want. Molly was great too! She personally walked me around and showed me every pair of glasses they had and helped me pick the ones that fit me the best! All around great experience! Thank you ladies 🤗
