Been 6 months since my surgery and I have no regrets about getting LASIK done. The staff and doctors are all top notch and have always been so enthusiastic and flexible with working with you. Highly recommend doing a consultation, it’s free. So why not. You won’t regret it. It was the best decision of my life.

Such a lovely office and friendly staff! The technicians and doctor really took their time with me, answered my questions and were very accommodating and understanding. Some optometrist offices try to get you to spend as much money as possible, but not once did anyone at Global Vision do that. Easy to access with lots of parking. Overall, a terrific experience and I can’t wait to visit again! 😀

Vanessa is the best! I am not an easy customer but she is always professional and upbeat! The office is very clean and organized with a good selection of frames. They are also not stingy with trying different contacts. (Some offices act like you’re taking lenses from their personal stash!) I felt like my exam, office cleanliness and overall experience were significantly better than the average optometrist that you will find anywhere!

It was my first time visiting Dr. Long Ngo and it was a great experience. She was very professional but also made it feel like we have been friends for years. Unlike my past optometrist, Dr. Ngo took the time to explain things to me about my vision. I am happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back

My experience with Target Optical was great from start to finish. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Angela the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My Optometrist Helen was also very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with my prescription and also gave me several options for contacts. Not only did I have a great experience but the pricing for the exams and the frames were much more reasonable than other places! I'll be coming back to Target for all of my Optical needs.

The optometrist was great! Very friendly and explained everything that was done to my eyes and how great of shape they are in! Really was happy that I got the Retinal imaging for my eyes done! Just the type of experience I would expect, for the different types of devices she used and how they would be used on my eyes! The young woman who completed my appointment with me assisted with choosing my glasses and the type of lenses I was going to have for my glasses, was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable office space. Nice area and plenty of parking. Parking pass was validated. Front desk girls were very nice and quick to get me checked in. Super professional. Doctor Tompkins knew exactly what was going on with my file and my previous eye doctor visits. Very easy to understand and made me well informed with what my situation was. Very proper and thorough at all levels. One of the best Doctor visits of any kind I've ever had. He is simply an awesome guy. Highly recommended

Since Dr Knight left this office, patients have been overbooked into one day so wait time is between 45 to 2 hour wait. After this appointment we will be considering switching to another provider. It's quite inconsiderate to not advise patients about the long wait time so they prepare in advance- most are elderly patients. 2 hours later we have not seen doctor. Please reconsider coming back here unless you would like to wait an entire day to see doctor for just 5 minutes. I walked out with my mom, validated parking and will not be returning here.

The assistant, Kat, was thorough in checking my eyes before Dr Angela Perry review my case. Dr Perry was courteous thru the whole process and explained the details of the upcoming surgery. The front desk was efficient. The wait time is very short.

This is the best optometry office in HB! I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff are always so nice and helpful and i very much recommend!!

Since February, I've been trying to get both my lens and contacts prescriptions correctly ordered with this office. The initial contacts during a trial worked well, but they ordered a different prescription instead even though I requested the trial version during my check-in appointment.When I finally used these new contacts, I immediately noticed that the left eye was blurry and did not match the previous trial pair I was using. When I called for them to be fixed in May, the staff talked to said she'd increase the prescription instead to see if that would work even though I asked to go back to the trial one had no issuel. When I went in today on 6/13, the prescription given to me was the one she decided on as she did not listen when I asked her to go back to the trial. They also claimed I needed to repay for a new set even though they initially messed up on my prescription. I had to ask the first staff I talked due during this trip three different times on why they were doing this before they stopped insisting that I repay for a new year set. When I went to put on this new set, I realized they had not actually listened to my request to go back to the trial pair that worked, but instead gave me the one the staff over the phone had decided on. I spent almost 7 minutes trying to find the first staff member again as she had left right away when I was trying on this pair. When she came back, she told me the pair I had were the trial set. When I looked a the prescription, I realized they were the same as the ones that were ordered incorrectly. They then argued that the pair they gave me were the ones I asked for. I asked for my prescription and paperwork information so that I can get another doctor's opinion, and she refused. I asked again and she continued to refuse. After nearly 30 minutes of asking with the original staff bringing in another staff member to talk with me instead, I was finally told they'd only give me my paperwork if I scheduled a new appointment. I then told them that it was illegal to withhold patient documents like this. They came back after another 5 minutes, then pretended that they never withheld my information or told me I had to schedule with them. They then told me I had to sign a waiver before they would give me my documents, all the while denying that they tried to withhold them beforehand. The staff that told me to rescheduled left during this time, leaving me with the original staff member. They tried to have me sign a waiver without explaining why for another 5 minutes before finally waiving and giving me my patient information. Altogether, it has taken almost 4 months to properly correct my prescription with them, and almost an hour in their office needing to ask multiple times for my prescription and paperwork documents. Throughout the entire time they denied me my information, denied that they denied it, and did not help me correct my prescription. They only excuse? "This has never happened here."
