Good prices

Dr. Carla is the most thorough Optometrist I have ever visited. She listens and communicates with her patients quite effectively. Her staff cannot be beat, they obviously follow her professionalism!

I love sams club, everyone in the main part of the store are great! However, their optical has a few employees that are not helpful. I understand when someone cant give me my script that I took in their, but when The staff are the ones who took the PD number , not our opthamologists, and they cant give me the number because their Dr didnt write the script..Seriously?? did they not have a doctor for a few years? I just think its ridiculous when they are the ones who did the test for the PD number especially when we have purchased about 8 pairs of glasses from them this past year. Well unfortunately my family of 4 will not be going back to the optical dept

I’m very disappointed with my glasses. I can’t see out of them. I have something called chromatic aberration, it is a very real and very Google-able thing. When I got my glasses I told the sales associate Charles about it and said I needed plastic lenses and a good fit so I can see out of the glasses. Charles said he’d never heard of that, but I’d be fine with a different type of lens. Sure enough, the glasses arrive and I can’t see out of them. I went to return them and Charles kept insisting that “he’s never heard of such a thing” but I advocated myself to get the correct lenses and he begrudgingly re-ordered them for me after implying that I was making it up. They arrive and it’s better, but I need the fit adjusted. I go to their other location and speak to the doctor about the issue. He instantly recognizes the problem, is very familiar with it, and tells me I should consider a different size frame. Then he takes me to the sales floor and Charles is there. Charles tells me there’s nothing he can do for me because he hasn’t heard of this problem, and another salesperson tells me I wasted my one return on these glasses swapping out the lens material. So now I have a $400 pair of glasses I can’t see out of because Charles refuses to help me because he hasn’t heard of my very googleable and real problem.

If I could leave one star I would. The lady at the first desk is rude as hell. To work in a medical office with people who are the reason she even has a job is ridiculous. She needs to take a customer service class. This place use to be a friendly office very welcoming. I have been bringing my mom here and was very pleased. However this wanted to be more than she is needs to be trained on how to treat elderly people.

Love Dr Castleberry! We have been using her and this Pearle location for many years. She’s extremely thorough and always pleasant. Office staff is very efficient as well. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually post any reviews, but I have to in this case. The crew at this location were so professional, kind and extremely patient about me making a selection, they even helped me pick out my pair of glasses and updated my prescription. When i move to California, I would definitely love to come back to this location. And most importantly it’s good to know that the prices here are almost at a fraction of the prices with other shops.

My last visit to the clinic was an excellent experience overall. The way a simple check- up, should be. I was assisted by Sarah and despite my asking questions she remained exceedingly patient and amiable, providing thorough, and insightful answers. Thanks again !

While leaving this Visionworks, I told the staff there “This is some of the best customer service I have ever had”. I walked in planning to schedule an appointment weeks away to get contacts and I walked out with my own pair, thanks to the efforts of everyone there. Everyone did everything they could to give me the best experience possible, and it absolutely was. Niyahle was very welcoming and helped me to get on the calendar for an appointment for the same day. Dr. Seo (I believe) fit me into her busy schedule for an eye exam and was very nice. Daeshawn was very personable and friendly while I was waiting for my exam. And Tai’Jani was both patient and helpful during the fitting and made a phone call after to ensure what glasses I was eligible for. This was all within an hour at most, if that. Everyone collectively established the ideal environment I feel any and every customer looks for.
