The doctors and staff were very nice and knowledgeable. My first 2 appointments were on time. My 3:00 appointment was delayed until 4:20. Then I waited in the 2nd waiting area until 5:15. I took 2 hours of vacation time from work. I wish I had received a phone call telling me to arrive an hour later.

Had an appoinment but waited over an hour. The staff was not busy because I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room.

Dr Farr is always very concerned about my eye health and has all the necessary equipment to examine the eyes. I have never had to wait to be seen. I have been a patient for over 25 years.

Jake, My wife has made well over a dozen calls to the optical dept with 6 weeks of run around, still has no answers as to where her glasses are and when she can expect them. It is understandable that things happen but your staff has made multiple promises (as well as you did once) to call her back and she gets no call back. So she waits 24 hrs and follows up again. Only to be told "we're still looking into it and I'll call you back". The last time she was told that she would be called back with a tracking number etc. Did she ever receive that call? Nope. So this email is to inform you that we have filed a dispute with our credit card company for paying for a pair of glasses that she never received. If she knew who was at the top of the chain of command she would have pushed this further. What is sad is she truly liked Dr. Dholakia, but she will never return to No GA Eye Assoc again.

Worst eye care possible in the entire California. Dr. Lu goes on vacation and the office does not even have the simple curtsey to call all the schedule patients to reschedule, but instead to turn all the patients away after they arrive. This is basic curtsey this office can't even understand. See all the other similar appointment related reviews for this office. ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME!!!!

Had an eye exam here a while back! As an independent doctor's office I really liked that it was easy to find with it's own parking lot. I didn't have to deal with a confusing conglomerate of doctors competing for schedules. Here it's just the one doc, great nurses, and a friendly optical shop next door. I found out the doctor is a specialist in ophthalmology and does ocular plastic surgery too. My family has a history of glaucoma, but I felt like I was in good hands. From the memorabilia in the place you can tell he's helped everyone from the Seahawks, famous golfers, to teaching Iraqi doctors overseas how to handle facial reconstruction surgeries. Definitely, check this place out if you want great eye care.

Sadly I must agree with the other review here. I went to have a contact lens exam and the woman in the office represented herself as Mark Mansoir and even wrote the prescription for my contacts on his prescription pad. I should have questioned it being that Mark is typically a man’s name but I didn’t want to be rude because it could have been her actual name. Based on the other review here, my suspicion was right and Mark Mansoir was not the person that performed my exam or wrote my prescription. The exam was super quick and the woman doc was very pleasant. However, I was not fitted for my contact lenses during the exam and my past history with astigmatism was never mentioned. Although I am not new to wearing contacts or glasses, I did not know that I should have had a contact lens fitting and test for astigmatism. I ended up purchasing my contact lenses from Costco and they were the worst! During the exam the woman doctor asked ME what kind of lenses did I want and I gave her a brand I am familiar with, however she should have offered suggestions to me since I am just a customer and don’t know what lenses are best. For the first time ever, I ended up with conjunctivitis since wearing the contacts lenses and my vision with them were completely off, as someone with an astigmatism 🤦🏾‍♀️, which I have a history of. My eyes were also super dry while wearing the contact lenses and my eyes stayed red, even after I switched my contact lens solution. I love Costco and will purchase my future contact lenses and glasses from there. However, I will never have another eye exam done at Costco. Whenever I do go back for optical wear, my prescription will be in my hand from somewhere else.

I felt confident in scheduling my surgery with Dr Adam after my first consultation with him. He assured me that I would be amazed at the results. The surgery went well and the results were everything he'd promised. Dr Adam's high level surgical skills are second only to his caring and professional interaction with his patients. His support staff is the best. I hope I never need his skills again, but I'm glad to know he's there if I do.

As so far l really like the place. Dr. Narine Azarian is absolutely outstanding doctor. She is so professional knowledgeable kind and because of her l am there. She made possible my trip to Poland. She was on the top of everything and recommended very good doctors to my laser surgery be done on time before the trip. The desk receptionists are very kind as well .
