It's been 3 weeks and my daughter still has not received her contacts that we paid for. They haven't called to even let us know if there is a delay. We asked if they could ship it to us, they said yes for a $10 fee. Eyeglass World doesn't charge to ship to home. We came back to this place because they did a great job last time but their service has gone down hill and have very little selection for frames. They also up charged us $85 AFTER insurance because my daughter has a slight astigmatism. They said that's how my insurance worked. I took my son, who also has astigmatism, to another optometrist and they didn't charge me the extra fee, only my $10 copay. Imagine that! I'm never going back to this place again. Still waiting on my daughters contacts.

horrible place buyer beware!! Owner very rude!. very misleading, lied about having VSP as a provider.. customer satisfaction not guarantee as advertised.. was told to wear glasses for a week if not happy return them. Prescription was bad couldn't see out of glasses returned glasses owner refused to give refund or even reverse my claim.. lots of other complaints on different sites towards same owner under different names .Site for sore eyes..Glasses were over priced and the free pair were on a dusty spindle or very outdated to say the least. If you don't buy from expensive rack they could care less for business.. just horrible. worker told me only one of my eyes was dialated??. mesurements were wrong. they used the highest deductible they could with my insurance. they would receive zero stars.. Reported them to BBB

I have been a loyal patient for five-plus years. Dr. Ngo is professional and knowledgeable, and he knows exactly what you need. I go to both locations every six months for my contacts and glasses.

Took my mom and sister here for eye exams for prescription glasses. The guy didn't even pay attention to the exams and rushed them through with so much inaccuracy. The eye glasses are pretty much useless. What a joke, what scam artist. Walmart optometrist does a better job than this guy.

Don’t be tripped by the lunch closure sign, they can close at any time for hours. Today was the third day driving 20 miles one way to pick up my dad’s glasses, but they were close on a different time for lunch. Let’s see if I would ever be able to catch them. NEVER answers call and NEVER returns calls.

I don't know what I should have to say for them, They are above and beyond the greatness, they are so professional, very kindly and they do a fabulous customer service, especially Doctor Lynn M. Buttino she's so fair also Mrs.Daby she is a wonderful person as well as all people work in the office, I'm so satisfying I really recommend them and you will not regrets with them at all and I will definitely continue with them in future because Dr. Buttino she did something I never see it before she changed the lab that she deal with just because one of her customers got unprofessionally made frame which is me, No one in our days can do that for a customer, She also insist to refund me a $100 out of my purchase price and she already did that, I just need you to imagine what kind of great people that I've had great experience with as a Doctor and a professional team that worked together just to make customer happy and satisfying they will take you to the different level of care, in my opinion this is the real good example for an Eye Doctors or other type of care doctors and I’m saying that not because what she have done (all above) with me but that is what she deserve and worth it and her team too, I do much appreciate you guys for all the effort and hard work that you made and put in this job, Thank you so much.😊

The woman helped me, Ms.BJ Skipper, PHENOMENAL! Made getting my new pairs of glasses a breeze, not to mention super professional and kind spoken. I'm coming back every 24 months to get my glasses here. 10/10 service!!

It was a great experience everyone was very helpful. Specially, Jada and Lindsey. Jada was very helpful & knowledgeable with my insurance and coupon. Very impressed. Super friendly and warm feeling when I walked in. I have never been here so first time customer and I super loved it. Definitely will return especially to see MS B what a wonderful woman and very patient and friendly. Thank you again to the entire staff for giving off the warm atmosphere.
