I've been going to this location for about 15 years. I like Dr. Phillip DeSantis. He's personable with bedside manners. Same with his son, Dr. Paul DeSantis. I consulted with Kathy who found for me these beautiful plastic frames for $17. I like light weight glasses. Kathy was profession and sweet each time. Thank you Kathy.

I called about a discontinued pair of Oliver Peoples eyeglass frames that I saw was available on their website. Diana checked not only the store's stock, but also contacted their distributor and surrounding retailers to try and track me down the frames in question. I really appreciated the attention to customer service. Thank you!

I love this office. I went to Dr. Hawks for many years and was concerned what I would do when he retired. I saw Dr. Rogers once when I had an eye infection and knew from that one visit that I had found my new doctor. He is extremely caring, thorough and comforting. He asks about me and we chat a little before my exam. He is so personable. I could not be more satisfied with my care with De. Rogers.

I would definitely recommend this place, after a trip back from Mexico my eyes were very irritated and red. Dr Sirounyan checked my eyes thoroughly and put into place a protocol to ensure my eyes get better asap., and they did, I am very happy and thankful for . 😊 …

I had a positive experience at the Walmart Eye center when I needed to get my daughter’s broken glasses fixed. The lady there was extremely helpful and she was able to replace the frame quickly within a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the excellent service provided.

What a surprisingly wonderful experience at Lenscrafters at Macy’s in Burlington Mall. It was an almost 30 minute wait with a scheduled appointment, but I am not complaining. Just allow more time just in case. Dr. Sonya Sheth was phenomenal. Honestly, this was the most comprehensive and patient-centered eye exam that I have ever had. Dr. Sheth focused on me and my eye health. She took the time and care to explain, share and answer my questions.

Big shout out to Nada for being so helpful and kind!! My daughter needed her glasses fitted because she ordered new ones while home on her fall break back in Michigan. We stopped into the Wisconsin Vision store down in the Third Ward to see if they would be able to help us out since we hadn’t purchased the glasses from them. It wasn’t a problem at all. Nada welcomed us into the store and made sure they fit perfectly before we left. Exceptional customer service!

Dr. Fulghum and his staff have taken care of our family's vision needs for many, many years and has always provided us with the very best care. Always concerned about our vision needs as the years went by. His referrals have also been top notch whenever additional specialty treatments were needed. We have always felt that our care and treatments have been the very best available. Most medical appointments are not the friendliest experiences we have, but this is not the case here. Always greeted with a smile and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks for all your hard work!
