Great office. They squeeze you in when they can even though they are always busy. Team is super nice been seeing Dr B for years now he did my cornea transplant. Yeah the wait times can take a while but remember he’s seeing so many other people and trying to improve their vision just like he is trying to do with yours. Let’s be patient people. Can’t recommend enough.

I'm thrilled to write a review for Dr. Avallone, who has provided my dad with an exceptional experience and a successful eye surgery. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Avallone and his team have demonstrated the utmost professionalism and expertise. Dr. Avallone’s knowledge and skills were evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing all our questions and concerns, which put my dad at ease. His reassuring and compassionate demeanor made the surgical journey far less daunting. The surgery itself was a resounding success. My dad's vision has improved significantly, and he is experiencing a level of clarity and comfort he hasn't had in years. Dr. Avallone’s precision and commitment to delivering the best possible outcome are truly commendable. Furthermore, the post-operative care provided by Dr. Avallone and his team was outstanding. This is about the eyeglass boutique. I have my eyes examined there, usually it's fine, sometimes the wait in the exam room is very long but the doctors are very kind.. I decided to purchase lenses at the boutique, they were very expensive. I was told the lenses came with a warranty. I would be able to get new lenses replaced twice should I get a scratch on them. I thought that was a good deal because I can be clumsy. For me that was the deciding factor to do business with the boutique. At no time was I informed of any exclusions such as if it was caused by your dog for instance. So I had no issue to come in to ask for new lenses after my dog got a hold of them. I was obviously very surprised that this was indeed an exclusion. I was in a bit taken back by this and agreed to pay for the one lens (that showed dog evidence). It cost me $282. Not a small amount. In fact, I could probably get a set of frames and lenses at Costco for that. I should not have agreed to pay for it, but I was a bit between a rock and a hard place. I needed glasses! I brought it up with the boutique attendant. To no avail. It does not help me at all when your clerk says, too bad, but that is the policy of the lab. I say too bad that you do not inform your customers fully. Suffice it to say, I will never purchase lenses from them again. It is just not a transparent way of doing business, and a bit rude, customer is certainly not right in this case. I do not believe my grievance is altogether unjustified. What about A parrot, a cat? What if my child throws my glasses in the blender? I wrote them a letter, but no reply. They don't care I guess. To make this even worse, they cracked my DKNY frame! Hid it cleverly somehow and the prescription is not 100%. Actually I had already send them back as they came back wrong the first time. I just can't go back there now after my complaint letter goes unanswered and the clerk at the boutique was already rude, who needs that? I hesitate always to write bad reviews but this is ridiculous!

Dr. McCafferty has been such a nice addition to this practice. You can tell she truly cares about providing top level care to her patients.

Mixed feelings: My first appointment, the office was very busy and they were short staffed. The initial part of my exam was executed by someone who seemed very inexperienced. That was honestly, unnerving when they are poking things near and around your eyes. It was evident when the doctor came in and said, “don’t do that - you will poke her in the eye.” Okay, fine. I got over that. Dr. Eric was very thorough and did make me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. He took his time with me and if my review was based solely on him - I would have given more stars. I ended up buying glasses. When I went to go pick up my glasses, they simply handed them to me and asked me if they fit. I said, “Yes, maybe could use a slight adjustment.” Any other eye doctor I’ve been to, would take you back and sit with you to evaluate how they fit. Instead, someone came out the lobby and asked me to put them on and if I needed an adjustment. (Note: there are no mirrors in the lobby) The tech adjusted them and simply handed them back to me in the lobby. Overall, I did like Dr. Eric but his staff and the experience leaves something to be desired. EDIT: Dr. Eric called me personally and thanked me for my feedback. That type of integrity is something worth commending. While I’m not changing my review - I do think he’s worth giving another chance :)

This guy is a rip off.When my insurance has covered all the frames and progressive glasses, this guy charged me. He feels he is a genuine guy but all that glitters is not gold. I recommend people to avoid this place.

Dr. Veret is one of the most impressive Doctors (regardless of profession) I have ever dealt with. Thorough doesn't even begin to describe his ability. He pretty much covered and answered every question I had before I could even think of them. EXTREMELY impressive. I wish all of the medical professionals I've had to deal with in my extensive life were this good. The staff is also very professional and thorough as well. There was some fine tuning and fitting adjustments that needed to be made (to be expected) when my glasses came in from the manufacturer and Sherry (spelling???) was terrific in adjusting and sizing them to my exact facial features. Could not recommend more highly. This was my first ever dealings with this office. And no, I am not a relative. Honest review from an honest and very satisfied client.

My kids get seen here, and the optometrist seems nice, but the girl behind the front desk is rude. Very unprofessional. I came in to buy my daughter a new pair of glasses because they broke for the third time and chose not to deal with the receptionist's attitude, so I left; I'll be buying my daughter's new pair somewhere else. Mind you this isn't the first time I've had to deal with her attitude, it's every time I come in.

I strongly recommend this clinic. People are very nice and especially the Doctor. She is very professional and checked my eyes prescribed the glasses. I like my Glasses. Thank you
