This place is TERRIBLE. I have had nothing but problems with them. First they refused to give me the brand I asked for and that I use regularly. The. When I convinced them to give them to me the doctor gave me something other than my prescription because "it won't make a difference." Well, it has. I am here YET AGAIN to get the correct contacts. I will NEVER give them my business again.

With reference to the Callahan Hoover Clinic, I receive excellent care from the Physicians and other Healthcare professionals, technicians, etc. However, the front desk staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Instructions I received directly from the physician for scheduling follow-up differed from his spoken instructions when I check out. The individual at the desk refused to listen to me and make the appointment at my desired interval, based on instructions I received. I ended up making the appointment when she thought I should have it, went home and called in to change it. The front the staff needs to understand that the patients are not idiots and if there's some discrepancy in information perhaps they should clarify it with the treating physician before assuming the patients are idiots and incapable of understanding instructions they may have been given.

Honestly, Dr. Kerendian and his staff are wonderful! They are professional and compassionate towards all of their patients. They are also very responsive. Dr. Kerendian's 'bedside' manner is impeccable. Do yourself a favor and come give this office a visit for all your optical needs!

The owner is very nice, patient. Price is very affordable. Definitely recommended!

For anything relating to your eyeballs go here. The staff are unbelievably kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to not only give you what you want but to also educate you! I won my first ever prize in my life in one of their raffles too!! So you might get lucky x2

I had a really good experience with Lens Crafter.From the time of my appointment they took me right away and the optometrist assistant was very detail on each exam afterward the optometrist was very friendly and detail on the exam and ex ray on my eyes.Will go back there again and recommend them to my family and friends.
