TL;DR The principal optician made a number of remarks I found shocking and hateful and I should have walked out. I do have good things to say about most of the staff here, but I will start with the worst part. Throughout my exam and consultation, the optician repeatedly made comments that made my blood boil. I should have walked out three times, but I was too timid. I regret that. For example: When I said that the style in my home country was for more basic glasses and that anything more was considered flashy, she referred to the Irish as 'a simple people'. I told her repeatedly that I needed the glasses as soon as possible, as I had to urgently fly home to Ireland to visit my dying Father. She told me that the only way to get my glasses in time was to use the 'floor model', the ones worn by countless customers. She made repeated reference to my colleague who was murdered at work, despite my pointing out that she was a personal friend of mine. She told me it wasn't surprising, as we work with the chronically homeless. More than once she referred to the chronically homeless people I work with as a Case Manager as 'you know, those kinds of people'. She upgraded my lenses at an extra charge without consulting me beforehand. When I asked that she give me the cheaper option as my insurance wouldn't cover it, she shook her head as she changed it. A thoroughly unpleasant person I hope to never see again, in any capacity. The good? Literally everyone else there was delightful. The younger technician/practitioner who conducted the initial tests was friendly, fast, and professional. The person that answered the phone when I called was wonderful. Even when I called to cancel the order and request a refund, which was processed almost immediately. The office is immaculate with a beautiful view. It is a shame that it is wasted on this person.

Nice staff, especially Bryanna who helped us. Dr. Murphy was very friendly and informative. This office has a better selection of frames than the other office I visited. They even offered to show us backstock if we didn't find anything on the floor. Highly recommend this location. Great experience all around.

I have been seeing Dr. Tonner for several years. He is very kind, knowledgeable, understanding of my needs as a patient and has a great, wide selection of frames. Also, he makes up the glasses right in his office which is very convenient! Most definitely recommend him.

Thank you for your help, I'm from our of town and my glasses broke. I went in for a repair and Jodi ( I believe that's her name) was super friendly, helpful etc. They knew they had someone that needed help and did so without question and the bonus, didn't even charge. Thank you for your kindness duringa stressful morning

From the time I entered the building I was greeted with smiles. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The lobby is clean, bright, and inviting. I was called back by the nurse within minutes and had very little wait time. That nurse, or eye technique explained things as she went and quickly made me feel at ease. Dr. Dawson took the time actually listening before answering my questions as he thoroughly examined me. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this location and Dr Dawson!

This is the only eye doctor I’ve enjoyed going to my entire life (and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was seven)! I recently moved to another part of DFW but I’m still driving out to this practice! The doctors here are personable and patient. They really take the time to inform you and answer questions. My prescription is really high and I found most other places didn’t bother to spend a lot of time with me on the actual exam to find where my vision truly was (much more difficult at higher levels). I always feel confident that Dr. Dinh is looking out for what’s best for my eye health and he is one of the only doctors where I fully trust his opinion. During the shut down they even opened up the office for me, because I knew my vision had changed and I needed new contacts urgently as my glasses were far out of date. The people at the desk have also been very kind and helpful with my questions.

My family of 5 plus my granny and aunt have been patients of Dr. Loucopoulos for over 15 years. We highly recommend him. He not only examines our eyes but is interested in our whole body health. The staff is great. We've had a lot of trouble with our dog, Chachi eating our glasses. Luckily, the frames and lenses were covered by the warantee. The staff and the doctor are so kind and professional. The office is immaculate and has a great atmosphere.

I saw Dr George in Grosse Pointe. It came to my attention how wonderful I was greeted at check in and the explanation of my visit. I was just as impressed with the care I was given from the nurse that took me back and went over my chart with me. She studied it well and went through my messages and health concerns. She even offered to correct an error on my chart for me. She was so pleasant and displayed a great work ethic. Dr George came in and took the time to break down my health issue. He not only gave his opinion on the matter but explained as to why in much detail. One of the best doctors I have ever visited. So often it seems that good doctors don't always have a good staff supporting them. That was not the case at all with this facility. I left my visit wishing that all Doctor appointments were ran in the same professional manner as this clinic displayed.

Dr Nissman treats you like a person not a patient. He did my eye surgery and explained everything to me in advance. He is a true professional and his office staff is amazing. Ask for Betsy, she's the best.

My eye check at D Vision eye care was a great experience. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth process. The state-of-the-art equipment provided accurate results, and the doctor Ebrahim was so patient and informative addressing all my concerns. A top-notch service that I highly recommend!
