Dr. Ha and her staff are great. Exceptional service at VisionCare Optometry. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Ha always provides a thorough eye exam and addresses all of my questions and concerns. The selection of eyewear is impressive; from price conscious frames to independent brands to high-end designer frames. Tiffany helped me find the perfect frames that fits my style and facial structure. She is very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Overall, a top-notch experience - highly recommend!

Dr. Ha and staff are professional and extremely personable. They remember small details from past conversations. It shows they are listening and interested in what you are saying. The top of the line equipment makes for smooth and FAST exams. I have been a Vision care customer for many years now. I have never been disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ha since she was at her previous office near old Elk Grove. I’m so glad she relocated to this current office though as it is a little closer to me and in the same plaza as other businesses. I’m always able to schedule an appointment even if it’s a last minute one which I greatly appreciate. Her office is so clean and has so many options for eye glasses AND sunglasses!! If you prefer designer glasses, this office has plenty of options to choose from. Dr Ha is soo friendly and remembers conversations we’ve had from our last appointment (I visit every year), which makes me feel like she truly cares about her patients. Her staff is also so awesome and helpful. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I really loved my experience..... The fitter for my contacts lens really genuinely care about my sight and my stigmatism. He made sure that I was comfortable and I can call if any problems may arise.

I had great service and went in during the peak after X-mas - New Years week. All contacts were nice, and got me set up and out the door feeling better than when I had went in.

I have always been impressed by the quality of the frames, personnel and service. Seldom have to wait. If there is a problem with the frames, lenses or fit, it has always been resolved to my satisfaction.

I made several visits in order to find most comfortable frame and lenses for my glasses. Every single time Penny was very patient and helpful with my wife and me. I sincerely appreciate her help.

It was my first time at Target Optical and it was very pleasant. It’s a small little area inside Target but everything looked amazing. The staffs were tremendously helpful and nice especially Desiree. She gave guidance on picking out a new pair of frames with me and I asked for her advice on which looked best and she provided that. She was super sweet, supportive, and informative!

Wow. I am impressed. The people that work here are amazing! Patient, informative, helpful and just really good people. The prices are affordable and they have a large selection of frames.
