Loved my experience there! Dr Dawn was super relatable and was able to get me relief from an extremely uncomfortable eye allergy. The office staff were nice and welcoming!

I would like to place this eye clinic in a very comfortable and friendly place. The people in the reception area are very helpful with genuine smiles and showed they really want to help you. The nurses or technicians, and doctors were very interested in treating my eye procedures and problems. They did not give you an impression that they treat you like just a customers. I was able to see their interest in helping with any of my eye concerns. This feeling of caring is really important. They showed "caring."

I just moved to the area, and I was looking for an optometrist and found out about Dr. Eiden. I went and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Eiden spent time doing a quality job and the staff was impeccable and professional.

Months ago I went there to get glasses. Nothing was working so I asked for refund he refused and wanted to keep trying so here we are months later nothing works and now my glasses have made into sunglasses. What a waste of time and money I would have never spent over $800 on sunglasses. I should have been offered a full refund

Got an eye exam and they told me after my exam that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it and I would have to pay for the exam and their excuse was because I “came in one month early before my yearly exam”. But NEVER did they say they would charge me for my exam that my insurance is suppose to cover. Poor customer service in the front desk for not explaining and charging me for my yearly exam when my insurance always covers for it. They tried to say it was not there fault when clearly they did not look over my insurance until after my exam and tried to blame it on me for not noticing when they were suppose to tell me before having my exam. Don’t recommend coming to this location and manager has a rude attitude.

Dr. Cundiff was amazing. He was exam was thorough. He was very knowledgeable about how to get my prescription right and how to look for any potential problems that might arise. H was also very nice, respectable, and polite. That's what you need in an optometrist. I recommend Dr. Cundiff very highly.

I am.very happy with the service. With there being said I am not in agreement with most of the reviews. Felt That They generally cared about us and took a really great amount of care to explain everything I did not feel that the office was not clean I fell a get was very clean very nicely set up also they had a wonderful selection of glasses to pick from. I had a surgery done here in 2023, i owed 3 bills for it with them being one of them. Out of the 3 they are the only ones that treated me like a person. I was unemployed shortly after the surgery and they put my bill on hold so I could get income before paying. After that i set up a payment plan and there was some miscommunication so it was 'completed' for an amount less than i owed and the remaining ended up in collections.... When i called them they determined they would reverse the collections and write it off instead of penalizing me for it. I tried not to cry on the phone but I am so appreciative of them treating me like a human being and working with me to get my bill with them addressed, especially during a time where i was unemployed for 6months and every other bill owed expected me to just magic the money into my account. This was such a blessing during a insane time of my life!

They gave me the wrong RX for my glasses. I had to pay another Dr. to give me another eye exam
