We love Dr Champion and Kelly, Rachel, and all of the staff. We both needed surgeries and routine eye care, and our experience with Dr Champion over the past several years has exceeded our expectations! She is an excellent physician and person.

Front office staff very efficient as well as his support staff preparing you for his exam. Considering what is involved allow for an 1-1.5 to complete the whole exam.

Extremely long wait times, even early in the morning. Always rushed when trying to talk to the doctor about my eye health, because there’s a backlog of people in the waiting room. I have trouble understanding all the high reviews. *update* When I went into pick up my medical records, the older secretary decided to pull me aside. I thought she might be pulling me aside to apologize for recommending another doctor in the practice who did a procedure that gave me terrifying side effects. But, no. She was pulling me aside to confront me about my dissatisfaction with the practice. She tried to make me feel guilty that one of the other doctors had provided me with time and care. I do feel like that particular doctor is a good doctor, however it is a doctor’s job and ethical obligation to provide a patient with time and care. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

Dr. Jwo and his staff were exceptionally mindful of my need for safety measures and patient distancing given a depressed immune system. So appreciated! Dr. Jwo was thorough, affable, and gave me solid info and a gameplan as I move forward. Top notch experience.

Sara was amazing helping me find a pair of glasses I saw in the store months ago and was now ready to buy. She helped me track down the brand and model and find me the perfect lenses!

Pacific Eye institute is a class above the rest. Their entire staff is some of the friendliest, most pleasant individuals to ever have to deal with. Time spent in waiting area before your appointment is minimal. Dr Roeske is as professional and kind and caring as they come. And a master of his craft. I truly enjoy my time and experience at the Pacific Eye Institute.

I have seen couple of doctors at their Novi facility. Dont have any particular issues with doctor's there but only when you can pass through the complexities of their office management personnel. Right from the appointment confirmation to billing everything is an issue. Everyone hides behind some obscure policy in the document to charge extra fees (including rescheduling). I understand appointment scheduling can be challenging but at the same time they could be considerate. Doctors cancel and reschedule citing emergencies all the time but can't patients allowed to sometimes? Last time I was there, the doctor arrived almost 60-75min late citing an eye surgery. I understood there can be emergencies. So do regular people...Anyways, just want to share my experience and be very careful while making/changing/cancelling an appointment. Office staff are very inconsiderate and rude!!

I've been going here for over a year now, and have gotten my last two annual eye exams here. Dr. Julie Gewon Shu is awesome. Very warm and personable, and makes the process easy.

I called them to make an appointment the girl was very rude she closed it to my face. Also called many times to make An appointment no body will answer the call.
