Honestly would have been good review if it not for them to force to buy things down your throat. They wouldn’t let you talk nor help you solve your problems. They just said yes to everything without knowing what you are telling them. Also they charged you for the exam and said insurance covers it and push you to the room . They are so money hungry . also i don't know if they buy reviews but it so fake

Overall great experience with this shop! I live a ways away but was able to send my script over the phone and worked with an employee who recommended some frame styles based off of what I typically wear. By sending in a photo they were able to do a remote fitting with a few different pairs making it very easy to pick the ones I liked best without having to go into the shop personally. I would highly recommend this store based off of my experience.

I needed a replacement screw for my sunglasses so I stopped by and within 5 minutes he found a screw that fit, fixed them, and cleaned them and sent me on my way without charging me. Great service!

I met Dr. Lam about 13 years ago as a new patient at another practice. I liked her so much I followed her up and down the SF peninsula, moving to each of her new practices since then. From the first couple of times she treated me, I knew she was a keeper - not only as a provider of my health but also as a personal friend. Dr. Lam is incredibly down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. Having an autoimmune issue and a family history of eye disorders, throughout the years Dr. Lam ensured that my eyes were examined carefully and thoroughly for any signs of forthcoming issues and always informed me about the latest technology and advances to slow down the inevitable. Dr. Lam is really the best, any patient is lucky to be under her care.

The front office staff and eye glass technician were very friendly and professional. However, I found Dr. Dzibela with a cold demeanor. She was not very friendly during my visit. She acted in a perfunctory during the examination strictly business. Didn't really take time to get to know me as a patient or really my health history. But the primary reason why I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTOMETRY is due to what seems to be a LACK in sanitation and hygiene standards. This very disconcerting in the age of Covid. I went to the doctor and three days later had to go to Patient First and was promptly told I had PINK EYE. I have never had PINK EYE as an adult. I strongly believe this is due to this office NOT using Lysol or Clorox wipes to wipe down any of the eye equipment between patients. I did not see anyone wiping down anything. I did not even notice any hand sanitizer in the front or in the office over all. I am very disappointed that this company is not taking more care. I will not be going back and urge others to proceed with caution.

I have been in the market for a new eye doctor for my family. Was recommended by a co worker, but after her recent experience ( who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years with this particular practice) I will be going to a more professionally trained facility that can handle customers service issues when they arise. I just hate to hear about bad customer service and specially when a front desk so called manager and a master degree doctor can’t resolve customer service problems.

Dr. Wong was efficient, proficient, considerate, and knowledgeable. In my eye exam for glasses, he gave me 3 prescriptions, one for distance, one for desktop computer displays, and one for up-close reading. Included was a comprehensive eye health exam done via a medical device which recorded images of each eye in minutes without dilation. All of this was completed in 30 minutes by Dr Wong and with the help of his assistant Cathy.

Dr. Devore and Ross are fantastic individuals both in knowledge and professionalism. I've had pretty rough experiences in the past at other optometrists and I found the entire staff here to be extremely patient and helpful. Very grateful for these folks.

This clinic is great! Was able to get in the same day. Dr Sheridan is knowledgeable and kind, I appreciated his help with blepharitis, already better!

My Eye Doctor at Olio is AMAZING! Dr. Karen is truly a ROCKSTAR! And it is obvious her staff loves her because they have been with her for as long as I remember. They are also spectacular! My husband and I drive over 25 miles just to see these great folks!
