Truly, there is no better place to go for glasses and contacts. Paula is a shining light to how amazing this optical center truly is. When I first met Paula I saw the vigor and true greatness when she tackled my optical issue head on! The system wouldn’t allow for a warranty exchange which I paid for, but Paula not being shy to a challenge - took it on. She went thoroughly through the system, saw I indeed paid for the warranty and rectified the situation immaculately. I’m extremely happy with the service at Target Optical on Rosedale and will definitely come back. I highly recommend her and all the associates there. God bless, Paula and God bless America. 🫡

Immediately I was accommodated with my appointment. The customer service staff had trouble keeping my entry information saved in her tablet but I felt the honest persistence of making it right. I’m pleased with the savings I got after she appropriated the incurred services with my insurance, I could have not availed such without her help. The eye tech and the doctor was all great with my concerns. Thank you all, excited to see clearer again soon when my new glasses is ready 🤓

Lens crafters is always excellent. They have a great team and they all will take care of each customer. The quality of the lenses is amazing.

I had such a good experience here. My husband bought a pair here before, and he likes the glasses, so I decided to try them myself. They offer an excellent selection of drinks for women and men. All the frames I tried were lightweight and very comfortable. Anh P. helped us, and the service was excellent and quick. I gave her my prescription, and my glasses were ready in 30 minutes. I paid $100 and got a free case and a $10 gift card. This is a reasonable price. FYI, you can also send them your prescription via fax or E-mail. By checking in on Yelp, you will receive a free drink.

Good experience

Everyone here was really nice and friendly. Hard to put in words the warm environment they’ve created here. The doctor was clear and gave information about why she was doing a particular test and what benefit it would have. Overall I left feeling that my eye health was valued and that I got a good deal on my order.

We’ve been going here for at least 25 years. Cannot recommend Bo An Optometry enough. The people who work there are AMAZING. The service is above par.

0 stars the lady doctor Chinese or idk has no patience at all if a kid is scared or sensitive you treat that kid with patience and understanding and be kind .. she was rude, unprofessional trying to act professional at the end, she was basically laughing at my kid and her staff also which is very disrespectful and very disappointing excuse for human beings I caught the receptionist laughing.. don't come here with kids this is not the place for kids at all ignorant negative arrogant doctor you should be ashamed of yourself I will never come back.. just know everything you do with that ugly heart will come back to you.. you need to come off that high horse pitiful human being.

5star to the doctors. I had two retinal hole surgeries. 0 star to the management. The front office number doesn’t work and always goes to full voice mail box. It’s annoying that we have to visit in order to get an appointment.

Apex has the best customer service and optometry team. I love seeing Dr Lopez! She is thorough in her examination and is just a wonderful person to chat with. I worked with April at the front desk, and she was so kind and welcoming.
