Unorganized office! I called yesterday to confirm my benefits were still good to go as I changed employers recently. Lady on the phone confirmed we were good for our 2 appointments today. I get to the office today and my benefits were not good to go. Feels like a bait and switch because I came here with my 2 kids and was offered to pay cash instead of via benefits. Was not given the option to be billed in arrears since my new insurance is pending being backdated. They could have easily verified this the day prior instead of us wasting a trip here. Children’s play area is also filthy, candy on floor and everything is covered in sticky residue. The man that helped me today was polite other than that this place is not recommended. Please do better.

Absolutely blown away by this office. The assistants were very polite, friendly and super helpful. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and Dr Andrew Kageyama knew exactly how they related to my eye health and offered answers and solutions that I have never received from any other office or optometrist. I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge and willingness to help remedy my issues. Although my insurance covered the majority of the visit, the out of pocket costs I paid were very reasonable. Cannot recommend enough!

This was my first time at this office & when I say this was the BEST customer service experience thus far, I mean it! Dr. Andrew really took the time to listen to my concerns & he gave me in depth insight on my vision issues, his concerns as well. The front desk girls were super nice & even assisted with choosing out my new frames, I wish I caught her name but I loved how honest she was on which frames looked best for my face shape. Amazing practice.

This was my first time here and I made it very clear that I wanted to get contacts, not glasses. Dr. David K refused to give me an exam for contacts until I ordered eye glasses and wore them for several months first. Huh? He did NOT say I wasn't a good candidate for contacts. He didn't give me any real reason why I must wear glasses first. Also, I was not provided with my glasses prescription after my exam as they are legally required to do (without me asking) according to the FTC. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Office is clean and well organized. Some finger prints on the frames but not a ton like other shops. I choose some Seraphin's frames with blue light protection and LOVE my glasses! The girls at the office were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend!

Terrible service! Why do they tell you anything just to get you out of there? Placing the order was great, but then she tells me come back on Monday when she knew they are close. Then tell me she will call me back and still do not. This is terrible. How inconsiderate. I feel like a begger going back and fort. No remorse for her behaviour!

My sister disabled elderly progressive eye disease needed this exam and glasses as soon as possible. Only went here because told same day. Charges on credit card. Told two weeks had to send out told at site charges went thru on card. Yet was then re charged multiple times. When glasses came back couldn't get them said bill not pd. Had proof with credit card charged more than once. Not only no glasses but never given the exam results. Filed complaint cancelled charges and has to start all over again. I find it strange a 5 rating but no other reviews except from years ago. Same one person .

They serve the patient's very well. Recommended!

Brought my mom for the first time and I loved the service given. Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
