This is a great place to have your children eyes check. They helped me with my children eyes on spotting something that the other places did not tell me about or lack of informing me, but here they were able to check their eyes in better ways. This location is a great place . I highly recommend it. They'll always text you to remind you or if by any chance you have forgotten and have to change the time.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Lam’s office for almost a decade because of their exceptional service! Dr. Lam does a great job explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail. I highly recommend coming here as the Doctor and staff answer all your questions, see you in a timely manner, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I wish i can give store a 0!!! My experience Over all was not bad receptionist was nice as well as the doctor, The older lady that lets you pick out the glasses was giving attitude. After paying for my visit and glasses, the glasses were supposed to be in the clinic with the 3 months! i waited for my glasses for 5 MONTHS AND THEY GAVE ME THED WRONG FRAMES. They tell me that they can't give a refund because the glasses were already done. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come here!

Great optometrist and friendly staff. Very helpful with all of my questions and helped me pick out nice glasses I get lots of compliments on! Would recommend this Optometrist to everyone. 10/10

This place is a total scam I order Sun glasses and took over a month to get them every time I called they acted like they did not know anything and said they would call me back and never did and to my surprise when I finally got the glasses they were not even the ones I order. People if you want to risk going trough this than feel free to go here I am never going back here and would not recommend this place the older lady here is a complete ×$%&#

I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a call to inquire about using my insurance allowance to purchase contact lenses. The girl who answered the call was very rude and said I need to call the insurance company to obtain that information or make an appointment with them first. Never heard of this kind of business practice for an optometry office. I felt like was talking to those shady salespeople at car dealerships. If you try to get a fair price before you walk in, don’t waste your time and avoid this place by all means.

Everyone in this office was really nice and informative. Dr. Tiffany Kwong and staff were very patient with my special needs grown son. I'm so grateful for there care. I can't thank them enough.Dr. Kwong worked really hard to get the proper prescription for my son's eyes as he has comprehension issues.

More than I expected! Everyone who works here are so nice, friendly, and respectful !!!!!! As well as professional. From the outside this place looks nice once u go in it’s also nice but from outside it just looks bigger than what I expect inside either way the doctor is awesome so attentive to your needs he does more than just give you your eye prescription very caring. I really love this place and I thought I would not excellent place !!!!!! Been to a few in the past and none like here 🤗

El Monte optometry is a great place for your eye care. Dr Wong is the best optometrist I've ever had. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Dr Wong take the time and is invested in her patience well being. Dr Wong and her staff are very helpful in choosing frames and lenses. I would recommend anyone to go see Dr Wong and her staff and I will assure you that you will never want to go back to the previous optometrist that served you. Thank you Dr Wong.
