Just had my eye exam and I’m so glad Dr. Wong is my optometrist! She is so polite, friendly, and caring! As we were discussing my vision and overall usage of it, she had suddenly recalled that I attended a UC to which she explained that I could use my schools health insurance to cover my costs — as they would ultimately add up to a lot of money. She gladly checked and I was covered for a lot of the costs!!! I’m so grateful for her because she truly cares for her patients .

The ladies in the front have a very bad attitude. If you ask them questions, they start showing attitude, and their faces look annoyed. I don't know why they are there if they don't like their job. I would always recommend people to this place, but now I don't.

Came here for first time about a month ago. The service was no frills but efficient. The staff have as much info an attention as needed. The Doctor as friendly and professional as possible as one would expect. If I was ask to offer up a place to get your eyewear form would be the place.

This office is by far the best one in the San Gabriel Valley. Very friendly staff, that are extremely accommodating. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well lit. They are also taking precautions with the pandemic, which I appreciated. I had a hard time deciding which frames to choose for myself. So, the women there were so helpful and gave me their opinions and really helped me narrow down my decision. I am really happy with the frames I got. Thank you ladies! One of the best experiences I have ever had at any doctors office.

Highly recommend this place been patient for over 2 yrs and love it! Dr makes you feel very comfortable, she explains everything very well, gives you advices on how to take care of your eyes, shows care and concern about your issues… her staff is also very nice, polite and helpful!

This fantastic eye doctor has been taking care of my family for many, many years! She’s kind and personable and funny and from a variety of issues that my family has experienced, she has given us the most excellent care! Recently I had an issue with a trauma to my eye and she called me personally on my cell phone to make sure that I was OK after immediately calling in meds that she knew would help correct the situation. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure I was doing better the second day!! Hopefully, she will never retire!😂
